Mark if you did well and wanted to HELP by your post, then may be you could paste the FEED BACK part of the competencies, that way no one would know your history and all can know WHAT the sifting person's thoughts were on your competencies. Kind of answer, sifter are looking for??

mmmmm, why would they be looking for TDA's now when expecting to get new recruits, just to put the TDA's back again so quickly?? No logic there, as the TDA's still have to go through a process, which takes time.
DWP don't work on logic this forum must have shown you that by now. Logic would have been to save tax payers money and offer the last lot of fta staff their job back before recruiting again but they didn't do that. TDA can last a day a week or months but trust me when they don't need TDA's anymore they get put back to their original grade0 -
My feedback was even more generic than that, for each score (a mix of 7s and 5s) I just got "This example, along with the others throughout the application provided acceptable levels of the required behaviours."

There is no process for TDA staff are asked for expressions of interest and the manager picks the most suitable0

Yes, I was FTA AO grade previously and would have loved to have been kept on, but hey ho. Sorry, should have said, my friend was given to believe that TDA would be long term. She was wary because of possibility of being kicked back quickly, but they told her they desperately need more internal EO's long term???? I know this doesn't affect the amount of posts the external applicants are applying for.
Do you know if unsuccessful on my EO app, what I would have to go through to later apply for Band B?? Previous process was so much easier.0 -

Hi mate - yeah I tried to reply but apparently I can only send one message an hour because I'm new. I've checked the info I can still access and I can't see the link that I used for STAR. I do have more stuff on it but that's info i've got through my own job on what exactly it means. I'd be happy to share it though if you think you'd find it useful?0 -
