Right I have worked out that in order to have paid the loan off with October's payment being the last one I need to pay the following monthly amounts starting in Jan. I currently pay 167.63 so the below payments are in addition to that:
Jan £200.00, Feb £250.00, Mar £250.00, Apr £250.00, May £250.00, June £250.00, July £250.00, Aug £250.00, Sept £250.00, Oct £120.00
Which I hope is doable - it is according to my spreadsheet but life doesn't always agree with my spreadsheet! :rotfl:
I'd love to clear it before then but 1 day at a time!

The vets was £30 near enough!!!!!! In one hand and out of the other. He needs it though the poor thing. I've found some natural things online to try - olive oil and vitamin e so will give it a go to keep it from reoccuring as it does monthly now.
Packed lunch was lovely so bonus
Off to check other account now I have the things to from home

10.03 to overpayment pot.
£30.03 in there now - this is on top of my planned monthly over payments. So 25th Jan I will pay standard 167.63 plus the budgetted 200 from wages plus this pot.
So far so good. Although I have £3 in purse now as vets wiped me out!Debt - CCV £3792

Afternoon all
Well what a busy day. Work used to have peaks and troughs - seems now we have peaks! I have been promised a pay rise this year for everything I have done for them (new mgr who is clueless in certain things has been carried by me basically). I shall believe it when I see it. However I will continue to do as I do so it' looks good on my CV and I am learning all the time which makes the days go quicker before I get to go home to my gorgeous family!
Right, so I have done the accounts already, making a payment as said above. Nothing more I can do at present. Pay day shall be here next week so I will wait that wityh baited breath and in the mean time plan for NSDs. Today is one so that's good although I did go out at lunch time in the car when I shou;d have stayed in the office to save petrol - it's just mind draining staring at the screen non stop. I may bring my kindle in but the isn't it just as bad?
Tonight's NS job is more sewing. I am doing chicken pie with LO's from Sunday lunch and freezer veg for tea tonight and will have curry tomorrow as that's DD favourite. None of which will cost me.
What I have learnt is that if I stop when I go home from work then nothing gets done. I have to go in, start tea, do homework with DD while cooking and entertain DS who is part monkey, eat tea and make packed lunches while they have their puddings then bath time which I do my NS job whilst bath running and then "normal" jobs when DS is in bed but it's too early for DD to go so we do Mammy's jobs together. If I go off course from this then I am up all night playing catch up and don't have time to myself.
So tomorrow will be ebay things as per promise to beccie!
Please to say my doggy is loads better and I'll take him out for a wander tonight after giving him his treatment to take his mind off it (he runds round like an idiot when I put it on as it sprays and he doesn't like it). I am feeling strong enough to be walking but still have an awful cold lingering that I haven't got back into jogging yet. I need to do this asap to meet my weight target which I've now put in sig to make me focus!

DF hope you get that payrise you deserve, realised that in one of my jobs we have'nt had a payrise in the last 4 years, but just glad i have the job and the pay is ok ( for now ). I was thinking of getting back into sewing, years ago i used to make my own clothes, mainly skirts and easy tops. Enjoyed it cos i knew i was the only person wearing it, think i will as my MIL if i can use her sewing machine as it is getting dusty in the attic, but not many places now sell patterns and material, will have to start looking around.
Glad your doggy is feeling better, i have a seven month old and would be lost without him.x:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000 -
Morning all
amber - I think you can get alot of sewing patterns online and for sale on ebay? I'm sure I saw some before.
This morning has been a nightmare however I am trying to stay positive. That part of this morning is done with and I am looking at what I need to do today.
I have decided to apply for a job that is manager of my current team - they want someone in the US but there's no one appropriate come through yet - they have rejected everyone. I know I can do the job but it's convincing them to take a chance on me. I am going to draft an email this morning.
After all shy girls get nowt! Plus I don't think it can do any harm. If I got it I should def get a rise which is what I need to clear these debts quicker. Strange that promotion only means money to me at present!

Morning,
glad to hear your doggie is getting better. My horses knee is much better and he is allowed to go out in a small paddock but since Saturday we have had had frost that lingers all day in the field and the ground is just too hard for himLuckily today is wet and slightly warmer but now I run the risk of him sliding around - just cant win
At least your leeks will probably like the frost - if you had it near you?
Good luck with the job application email and I hope you get your pay rise - will certainly be a help.
I am very busy at work at the moment so not much time to pop in but also not much time to spend or spend hours scrutinising my spreadsheets lol - have a good day everyone0
