Well he's back and had some work done and is in a lot of pain but is ok. Mam's turn for her op today - what a week! Finger's crossed all ok for Mam then we can chill over the weekend.

Right - I am going to check accounts and see what the state of play is today. I put £20 petrol in this morning so I need to move that over from the petrol account.

This weekend I am getting hair done so spending there but from budget so accounted for. Apart from fruit for next week there shouldn't be any further spends.

Will report back once accounts done.

Right well everything seems in good working order financially and I have overpaid the loan by £100 so far.

Hopefully more to come but playing it safe so I don't leave myself short.

Started weight watchers last night too. 6 more weigh ins to lose a stone. I spoke to my best mate last night and said I am going to treat it as a debt that needs repaying so I can focus on it as I do the debt. Then I won't think of it as dieting which is the worst thing to think when you're trying to cut back!

A stone before the hols I will be happy with.

I have been told we're getting a bonus this year and a merit rise so although I shouldn't I have worked out how much I think we may get. I haven't worked out if it'll bring my DFD forward though of course it would as it'd be paid to it cos I don't wanna get too excited too soon!

Mam's out of her op and is talking - they know what it is and it's treatable thankfully.

Morning all

A quick update of how many days left and to check the accounts.

I am annoyed with myself! I overpaid the loan by £100 on Friday and transferred the remainder to savings so current account empty. A transaction that I made on Wed last week only came out today and so my £100 OP has bounced effectively and I am being charged £10 for the courtesy!!!!!

Annoying or what - more so annoyed at myself as I knew that it was pending but thought it was taken off the current cleared balance already - how it passed me by I don't know.

All the more reason for using cash only. Once my loan is paid off I am changing the way I do things. Using the account where my bills and spending comes out of for bills only - I will transfer an amount to cover them into there and anything else is from another account which will build up over time, in theory. :rotfl:

So I am not going to dwell on it but I will be thinking more when using my debit card for transactions which could be done in cash.

I have loads to do today so probs won't be back on posting until tomorrow. Have a great Monday all.

Right I've moved £22.50 to account to overpay loan and once it's updated overnight I will move the remainder. I HATE how slow they are at updating at times.

I can't wait to be DF!

So much for not posting until tomorrow. I've done something I shouldn't have. I have worked out what I think I could get pay rise.

If I do get it I will be able to pay extra £400 to debt a month for this year and £500 next year. Not getting that much rise btw lol. This is mostly what I already overpay!

Morning all

Well today = tired. LO was up for what felt like all of last night and I have loads to do today too.

Financially things are quiet except for a passport application for DS that will be coming out soon. DH will be paying me half though. Things are just ticking over nicely.

I need to post some ebay sales so will do that tomorrow. Tonight I will wrap them.

Need to update the NSJ thread but it's the mad rush of the beginning of the week again. Where's the time go?!

Right meeting's are over for the day and I have spent 56p on a yoghurt as had none in the house. Must think on and get some in.

I am going to leave early to go to post office for the passport aoolication check and send thing they do. Then I am going to go for a run tonight to make the whole weight watchers thing work.

Good luck with the run DF. I lost 1 stone 8 with SW last year, although I did go the scenic route as I like to enjoy myself xx

That's a great amount to have lost hun! I am going for a stone before the hols and then see where I am after the hols and probs have another stone then. I went for a run last night and my face nearly fell off it was so bitter. However needless to say when I got in I was boiling and felt like my chest was constricting enough to kill me!

First weigh in on Thurs and am looking forward to it - am staying on top of the points so feel in control.
