Hiya rags - thanks for popping in

Lovely to "see" you, sounds like we have plenty going on in common :)

DS is asleep at the mo so having a break before back to the grind. DD is watching some tv as they haven't had it on all morning so peace time!!!! Even the dog looks chilled out lol.

I don't know about being in total control but I am in alot better place than 15 months ago! It's taken a good hard slog and I do come off the rails at times but difference is I always get back on these days so more of a temporary diversion :D

Do you have a diary rags?

    Good morning everyone :)

Well I put £30 in my car but this isn't panic buying - I was on fumes! It's all out of budget though.

I need to return those items today which didn't suit from the weekends spends otherwise they will sit there for ever as per the old me.

Tonight I will do chicken and veg for tea with a drop of gravy. Still trying to be healthy.

Ok so we go away in a couple of weeks and before we go I want the house in perfect order. Sad I know. (Also it is sad that I am increasingly excited about my washing machine tomorrow). I would like the cupboard organised, the clothes washed and ironed and all put away, the pantry organised for our return with a meal plan and meals in freezer for the days we get back, all old toiletries that are empty but still in the shower/bath thrown out and generally a clean, tidy and organised house to come back to. This will really keep my holiday happy mood going so I shall set that plan in action tonight by starting with the paperwork that's lying around.

    Off to check my accounts.

Right returns made so I am £33 richer lol.

Bad news is DD has another headache today which she has been suffering from on and off for a few weeks. Anyway I paniced when she had one again today and booked her in for an eye test and doc app tomorrow. Maybe OTT but have awful thoughts in my head.

  • Get your mind put at rest its probably nothing - in the old days they would have called it growing pains.

However people got rickets in the old days I know. But hormones and things cause headaches so growing pains is about right.

Glasses arent so bad, my DD2 wears some class ted baker ones. I am jealous. Let me know how you get on.

    Morning peeps

    Thanks Skint.

DD got the all clear at the opticians for any nasties and her eye sight is dot on so to the Docs it was. He has taken a water sample to see if it's an infection as apparently they can disguise themselves in a whole manner of ways.

Personally I don't think she is getting enough fluid as I am a swine for that too and last night got me thinking that actually when I was yound I used to suffer from headaches too.

So we shall await the results.

I am off to check the accounts, new washers coming today so will track that too. Can't wait! Then 4 days off!

Right accounts stable. Will check again tomorrow though as I need to be sure they are ok for the 4 days off - I am OCD about it.

Hope everyone's having a lovely day - sun's out here but still chilly.
