Ok, just fished the sausage labels out of the bin and they were originally stickered 2 for £4.50. Yellow reduction label had been placed over this sticker and the discount no longer applied when goods were reduced.Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)

Does anyone go whoopsing in Mr A?
I'm going to be staying really close to one next week, and I just wondered if they discout below 50%. Also what sort of time would you think? (it's a 24 hour store)
I used to go to a 24 hour one and they always used to start with the fruit and veg around 7ish followed by the bakery, then the meat and chilled.
It used to go right down, but there was never the quantity there sometimes is at T's.
I went to an ordinary small A's last Friday at 8pm and it had all gone bar a couple of parsley sauces which had been reduced to 20pMy husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

Sounds like the lovely management in my local mr ts....want your money but dont make them mingle among the customers cos they dont care ggrrrrr
I had to give them my bank/payment card number so they could check that 2 payments for £30 had been sent from that store to me.
I was gobsmaked when she started saying that i had OTHER refunds in another store!!
Should she have even been given that information from tesco's bank?? i dont know Surely that store would only be able to find out about transactions to and from that store?
If HO had said it i would have understood as they are the company as a whole?!? i dont know....
( I did use my clubcard when i paid originally but i was never asked for it again)Hello my name is nahteb20 and i am a T's Glitch & Bargainaholic.......0 -

Hiya Debs some A's stores are absolutely fantastic with whoopsies. My local closes at 8pm or 9pm each night and at about 7:30pm all the whoopsies go down to 10p :T:j But unfortunately it all depends on the store and often how generous they're feeling that day/how much is left that they don't want to waste! Good luck, I hope you strike it lucky with the store you're near
Also on the subject of A's, how many peeps went off to find 2p xmas goodies today?? Did many have success? I was gutted that all 4 stores had removed every scrap of xmas munchies!'There are people who have money and people who are rich' :heart2: Coco Chanel0 -

Not sure if you've had help yet? I'm reading posts all over the place tonight, trying to catch up and then forget what I have read. I saved the instructions the other day. I will copy them over. Hope it works ok and doesn't cause the thread to go all big and weird. Will delete my post if that happens.
HAPPYCHAPPIES GUIDE TO UPLOADING PHOTOS FROM YOUR COMPUTER TO THE FORUM USING PHOTOBUCKET.
I've seen a few people ask how to upload photos so here goes. So simple even my sis could do it.
1. Firstly get the picture(s) you want to upload on to your computer and put them somewhere where you can find them easily. Personally I use the desktop.
2. Create a Photobucket account if you don't have one.
3. Click on 'Select photos and videos'
4. A box should pop up asking you to select the location of your picture. Double click on the picture or click on it once then select upload. I can't do a picture of this or go in to much detail as a Mac is totally different to Windows.
5. Once the picture has uploaded click on 'Save and continue to my album'
6. You should then see all of the pictures you have uploaded.
7. If you hover your cursor over the pic you want to put on MSN then a set of options should appear. Click (once) the yellow box next to 'IMG Code' and the string of code you see should change to 'Copied'.
8. Come to MSE and where you would normally type a response or new post right click and select 'Paste'. Something like this should appear http://i773.photobucket.com/albums/y...05at234131.png withat the end.
9. You do not need to go here as some people have suggested in the past.
10. Reply/Post as you normally do and the picture should automatically appear.
I've done this on a Mac so Windows users could find it slightly different. If I get time I'll try this on a friends Windows computer and if it's different I will update.

Am just watching the Shoplifters programme on plus 1.
I loathe and detest thieves, but am finding the vigilantes who spend their free time pursuing them equally distasteful. Common sense sems to fly out of the window - and photographing and threatening middle aged women that the police will be called if they "trespass" into M&S stores ever again? Over a potato? Trespass is a civil crime you muppets, see how interested the police are. Hate thieves, but can't stand bullies, esp when they pick easy targets instead of the ones they should be targeting.
Added - if this is how they behave in front of the cameras, how do they behave when they are not there?
Totally agree. The tag team in Brighton I think it is, just scream "I failed the police exams and this was the next best thing". The shorter, plumper one is the spit of my ex-brother-in-law just with less hair. I did a double take when I first saw him.
Don't get me wrong, I know a store/company has to protect their merchandise but from what I'm seeing in the department store, they seem to be presuming everyone is a shoplifter and spending a lot of time willing people to steal. Yes, some might be there to steal but I'll never forget being followed by security in a cheap clothes stores when I was a student and all because I carried art portfolio cases which I needed for my degree. I feel like I have creepie crawlies over me thinking that just walking into a store means you can have cameras trained on you for the duration.0 -
And don't you find that you are always one short of the amount you need to get the discount? No matter how hard I look there are never enough to take advantage lol!!!
It's probably because a more professional whoopsie hunter has just trolley dashed the aisle while I was wombling in the car park!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
So true! I don't seem to be lucky with finding the 3 for £10/4 for £12 meat at all. There never seems to be whoopsied meat in my T's. But there's often Tapas....normally in quantities of 2or 4 if I'm lucky! :T
Oh that's one thing I forgot to say....when I took the receipt into my T's to show the void transaction with the whoopsied Tapas and multibuy on, some of you might remember that I thought they may be able to remove the multibuy at store level to prevent others (or me) getting them whoopsied and with the additional discount again. Well I'm pleased to confirm, it still works in my store, they didn't stop it, yay! :T:j (hope that makes sense, my brain's fried!)
