weird food and toilet roll confessions?! really? :p

ok then, no weird food for me(I think), toilet roll... we usually put a new one on top of the old one :o I prefer to hold it in my hand when I use it :p

now what I'm fussy about is the way I hang up my laundry  the small items(socks & underwear) goes at the bottom, tops and tshirts middle and jumpers&trousers top and adding to that bf's stuff goes on the left side, mine on the right :rotfl:can't look what the airer looks like after bf has done it

I have always been a bit OCD over laundry, I have to have all the pegs in correct colour sets (all the red ones, then all the blue etc), it really bothers me if it's not right - and I HAVE to use an even number!
i posted on the boots thread.

i thik the vitamins freebie is coming to a end as i was in 2 different boots (25 miles apart) and the sa in both stores said the shots were withdrawn from sale due to a techincal error.:eek:

    :rotfl:Oh that old chestnut! :rotfl:

You could always play dumb and say that you thought the discount would come off at the end (like multibuys)

    Good thinking :D

I haven't phoned HO before. Will they ask me for receipt details and contact the store?

I can't belive how long some of the whoopsied veg lasts. Just last night I finished the whoopsied bag of new potatoes I got for T's on 26 Dec for 33p, and they were still fine. The carrotts and white cabbage I got recently are still going strong!

My whoopsied flowers that I got for 50p from £5 lasted 10 days.

It may only have been a couple of days out of date but I just used 2 packs of whoopsied casserole veg at 20p/pack, 2 chicken breasts which cost -60p/pack due to multi-save kicking in even though reduced. The only reason it may have cost anything was the casserole packet mix.

Kadison - the bathroom here is laid out the same way in that I have to reach beside the cistern for the necessary. That's why I like the loo roll hanging from over the top as it means not stretching so far back. I did ask the ex when he was re-doing the bathroom could he not put the bath in along the long wall the way everybody else does but no. He insisted on keeping it across the window wall so you have to lean across the bath to open the window and hope you don't get pulled out with it as there's no friction so it flies open. Oh and the mildew/mould that can build up over the winter is disgusting as there's no ventilation and loads of water from the shower.

I've not got a whirly line...mine is a long one running the length of the garden.
I have to hang socks in pairs, then undies, t shirts, tops, bottoms, bedding then towels in that order!
If my OH does it all higgledy piggledy I can't stand it!
Yet I'm not at all OCD in any other thing....you should see my cupboards!!

;) That's what I was thinking too :D And did you use the 30p Clipper vouchers caroc?? Sounds like a FAB shop, well done!! :T

Thanks. It was only 6pm, and a lot of meat and fish was 60-70 % off, but a lot of other stuff was still only 10 or 20% off where they'd done it earlier and not updated. Just luck this time.

No, it didn't come off. They were all the exact same 'Finest Linconshire pork chipolatas', reduced to 81p, but on the receipt 2 are shown as 'finest sausage' (1.99)and 2 are shown as 'pork chipolata' (81p) I think the reduction monkey has mixed up his labels.

    LMAO - reduction monkey!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Just had a quick look on the T's website and they've changed the offer now, it's 2 for £4.50. I think previously it was 2 for £4.50/3 for £6. You should have had 2 lots come off under the 2 for £4.50 saving on the receipt, so the saving should be £1.76 :)

I have a feeling that it only comes off when it's a multiple choice discount like 2 for £4.50/3 for £6 and not when it's just 2 for £4.50 , think that's how it worked before but I will stand corrected if I'm wrong!

God, watching this programme has made me feel totally awful for that lass from the boots thread (anyone remember her!?) who was wrongly accused of return fraud or smth similar.

:eek::eek: What was that all about???:eek::eek: I don't like the sound of that!!

Did the 4 for £6 also come off you final total for the finest sausages?

I was under the impression that the discount only comes off if there are multiple offers i.e. 2 for £4 or 3 for £6, not single offers.
    :(
