You have made me feel so much better now I know I am not the only one. It breaks my heart to wash an odd sock let alone hang one out on the washing line.:o

Just a quick update from Ts. Big Khuna wine is scanning £5.99 at my store, got all excited when saw an * on the SEL too. :(

Also the Time for Tea china cake stands are scanning £11 instore, so Ts Direct £3.33 is an amazing bargain.

And one of my extras had some more veg crisps and for the first time lucozade shots. I have plenty so still some there. ;)

    Night all.
    Hello

Did you scan the Lucozade shots by any chance? I tried them in W1nds0r yesterday, and they were about £1 ...imagine, 100 times the original price :D
  • Off to bed myself, early one for me but sick DD all day and DH to be at the hospital for 7.15 for an angiogram ( thank goodness hospital is just around the corner!!) May just have to pop to Ts when I drop him off, never been that early in the morning before.....hopefully a tasty glitch appears overnight
    G'nite all xx

I was so tired yesterday that I went to bed at 7 pm and didn't get up until 1 pm today :o so I have been catching up since I got back from slimming class tonight. I lost 1 lb this week :j

Anyway, I made a few notes as I caught up:

bensonsmum - your OH must have got such a shock to find his father like that. Glad he got him looked at again and sorry to hear FiL is so confused. Often a fall or similar can bring on a form of dementia, hopefully though the confusion is due to some concussion or something like that and will improve (((hugs))) to you and OH and FiL

tazmac25 - what fantastic photographs - I love what frost does to the landscape, accentuating every details

artha - with memories of odd eating in the past, I'm with you on the condensed milk sarnies :j :j also squashed up banana with sugar sarnies. My Mam used to dip ginger nuts and make a sarnie with them

mamamags - I was going to ask what sort of dog you had as he did look rather long-legged but being only 4 months old may explain that ;) He is lovely

Loo rolls - always hanging away from the wall so you don't touch the wall when getting loo roll off the roll

Hanging out washing - I am definitely OCD on this one - MUST use same colours on each item but CANNOT use same colour peg as the item is, which is a problem on multi-coloured items. I have been known to stand there several minutes deciding which colour to use so as not to match the colour of the peg to the item :o I even consider the age of the peg when doing this, as older pegs are paler in colour :o Socks hung in pairs from the toe, with heels all pointing in same direction, knickers/pants must be facing toward me as I hang them out, and by the top

I see Mr T is still managing it's wonderful customer non-service too
    :( Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 :( 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 :(

    Seconded!

... and the teapot I discovered today at the back of one shelf scanned at £2.20 ... would you believe it ... a 10% increase in 2 months! A disgrace!

I bet I was being followed around the store like the shoplifters on CH 4 :rotfl:

Right, I haven't caught up properly but I'm gonna have to say goodnight and go to bed. Thanks again for the chat and the tips :p

    My "to-do" list for tomorrow:
    • check out the winedeal (thanks Karlie)
    • order a few cupcake stands (thanks to both OPs)
    • place 3 months free magazine subscription (thank you PGTips)
