  • Nope it was me :D well half a dozen of them anyway, I did leave some on the strip :rotfl:- thought they'd be good to put in with Xmas cards for the family mext year. Also managed to get the dotty wipeclean tablecloth for 54p too - sorry took last one.
Best bargain I got in the last couple of days was actually at sainsbobs - pack of 12 vacuvin Christmas Wine glass markers - not with the xmas sale stuff but on a clipstrip with the crockery and glasses - 10p down from £3.50
    :rotfl:
I saw the tablecloth was still there, was going to post about it as I mentioned it here originally (the Circus one?), no need to now :D
Also got the wine glass markers yesterday and way too many tubs of MiniCheddars to be good for my diet!

Haven't caught up yet, but thought I'd share my trip to Ch*shunt yesterday.
Found the Lindor Eggs with the stickered bar code, but went through at full price - boo!
Found a Little Steps (discontinued) Wooden Garage - scanned at £40!!! I guess these will be reduced soon, so keep scanning!!
My other half had his own trolley and he messed up BIG TIME! I thought he knew what I was doing apart from the 1p deals. He found a basket with "How cool" stuff in it with £1.50 label on. He decided to go to checkout to get it priced and the dodgems went thru at £6.00 . "oh " he said "the label says £1.50" and with that the supervisor went to check, took the label off the basket and then took him back to the till and he bought 4 lots of bits. He has NEVER bought stuff mid shop, I was soooo annoyed, especially when I mentally worked out the DTD!!

Nothing on clipstrips apart from some more bin odour and splendid.
Found the ZhuZhu hamster vehicles at £3.75 and a pop up domed ten for 2 (not value though) at £4.75 and its massive!!. Be great for the summer for little ones to play in!.

I couldn't believe the size of Ch*eshunt, I didn't even get the time to look at the clothes section, but I found a working scanner down the crisp aisle and it was FAB! I wish my local had one!.

I was only wondering about Cheshunt last night, it being the flagship store & all that & wonder what the customer service is like.

He was my fav presenter, on LBC, as well - I did get the impression he wasn't his usual self just before he was ill and 'disappeared'. I'm not on Twitter - don't think I could cope with another thing to keep track on, just checking my emails and this thread takes me ages :)

You don't need to be on Twitter to read tweets. I just google Jedward twitter when I need a giggle so you should be able to do that with Clive.

About to do Lalas trick of iron 10 then catch up but first, I need to know which razors people were saying were bad for cutting your legs to ribbons. I got some back in the DTD days but haven't used them so please please please tell me it's not the Venus Spa Breeze ones :(

If I remember rightly, the ones I used/tortured myself with were Bic Soleil.
  • Night night one and all.
Sorry I didn't do my shift behind the bar tonight, but if you fancy a drink, help yourself and put your spondoolicks in the honesty box please.
