My cat's been hurt

Really pleased to hear Moxie is doing well. You have so got to stop smoking so you can keep that cheque. Just think about how your dad feels about you smoking for him to make that offer. Sorry to be so blunt but you'd be better off and your dad would be a whole lot happier too. I bet Moxie would love you being smoke free! Do it for the cat!

Yes this is a really good incentive for me. My daughters hate it too. But I have been smoking for a long time so it wont be easy.Total debt May 2005 £83,232

I totally understand how hard it'll be. Just think of all of us every time you want to light up! We're a scary bunch! Think of your dad, your kids and that little pud in the cage! Maybe use this as your giving up smoking diary as it's definitely dfw! Good luck! Let us know when you have your last one! xxJanuary budget

Another update, Moxie is out of the cage! We put him in the spare room this morning, he looked really happy to be out! Just popped down to see him and he's asleep under the bed.Total debt May 2005 £83,232

The nightmare is over, Moxie is now free! Took him to the vet for a final check up and he's fine. Plus got the cheque the other day from Direct Line for the insurance, which I've given to my dad. He will give it back to me once I stop smoking, so I went to the stop smoking clinic tonight for the first time. Keep your fingers crossed for me!Total debt May 2005 £83,232
