  • It is more logical debating with a religious fanatic than you - I honestly have never come across someone so stupid since that person with the yellow Seat Ibiza with the technology pack.

The day apple stArt selling the iPad for 1000000 is the day I will believe compAnies can charge whatever they like.

Until then the statement thAt companies can charge whatever they want willy nilly does not hold true.

They can attempt to charge what they like. It is the market that dictates whether that price is sensible or not, not any form of consumer law that you appear to have invented.

I am yet to see a shop that sells an iPad for 10000000.

Until that happens, I will maintain that the statement that companies can sell at whatever price they feel like does not hold true.
Can you please explain to us mere mortals what 'margin' is?

Can you then also explain to us why it is important to companies.

Is this Leeds Bradford Airport you are talking about? They most certainly may not attempt to charge what they like for drivers unfortunate enough to be misled through that barrier.

There you go, an iPad for £5m. Now kindly shut up.

I think you will find that is game, set and match for logic.

It is about what shops can charge. . And they cannot charge ridiculous amounts.

Hence the statement that companies can charge whatever they want does not hold true .

So why can hair dressers assisting celebrities charge tens of thousands of pounds whereas the majority of high street hair dressers will charge between £20-£100 mark ? If there not allowed to charge ridiculous prices.
Let alone singers charging millions to perform at high profile events.

If they are not allowed to charge whatever they like, do you care to point to relevant legislation that restricts/controls price parameters? Or can you tell me why a pint of beers costs twice as much in an airport than other pubs?

The fact that an iPad is double the equivalent pc/blackberry shows that there is a price structure companies have to adhere to .

Thus the statement that they can charge whatever they want willy nilly does not hold true.

You appear to have missed the fact I found an iPad on sale for £5m in my previous post.

A price structure companies have to adhere to? what have you been smoking?? Are you on day release or something?

Can you please explain that one to us simpletons.

Whilst you're at it, care to explain what a niche product is?

    Newsflash.
Seems there's a village missing one of its residents.
