Thank you so much Farzrocks for understanding that most of the problems mentioned in my first post were past tense , I have taken your link and I'm reading it now .0

You need to appeal any sanction, you would need to prove your actions were unreasonable, or WL actions were unreasonable.
A large part of that may revolve around how far you had to travel, how far was the workplace from your home?
Do you have any disabilities etc that restrict walking?
They just want to know why I didn't attend 3 appointments , 2 back in October ,and one this month , when I didn't receive any letters telling me I had appointments in the first place . This is why I was sanctioned ,the rest of my first post was just to update on the whys and hows .But thank you anyway for the advice .0 -

Please keep your opinions and judgments to yourself ,I have enough on my plate without having to defend myself to another unknown person .
There are 101 ways of raising £20 that would have enabled you to continue with your job. Your actions were extremely short sighted and have caused greater hardship to the family you are so concerned about.
Out of interest, how far was the work placement? I walk for an hour and 40 minutes every day. That is quite a distance.0 -

Very welcome .
Okay ,so let me get this straight before I reply
You were asked to book an appointment but refused as you were asking to be changed office from one working links to another ,so really your appointment would have been postponed not refused ?
Your have 1 sanction and 2 doubt letters about 3 failed appointments ,but you were only asked to make 1 appointment and received no letters telling you about any appointments already booked for you ?
One thing puzzles me . Why did they ask you to book an appointment ? why did they not just make one for you . And why have they issued you 3 doubt letters with 1 being sanctioned on the basis of 1 failed appointment ?I once prayed to god for a bike, but quickly found out he didnt work that way...so I stole a bike and prayed for his forgiveness .........0 -
you just reprinted it... my advice is to stop whining and start being honest with yourself! ie you only have yourself to blame for the sanction. you just told us in your post, it was for refusing to make an appointment.0

And my advice to you bored at home is go & bore people elsewhere & not on this forum with your whinging about the OPs actions. There is no need to keep repeating yourself. You gave your opinion once & that's enough. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -

45 minutes by bus . Why are you still asking me about the past? .0 -

What does it matter how far you would have to travel ? The OP had no finances to travel in the first place and money was tight. To get £20 in the space of a day ,where from ? please tell me how I go about this . Without selling the family tv that is their entertainment . The phone that the OP probably gets contacted on from the Work Program and the kettle that makes them tea throughout the day ,how do we make up £20 ? Id love to know.
Did you walk or jog that distance ? or did you bus/taxi/cycle/train/fly ?
Your still asking and judging on things that the OP explained happened in the past ,not what is happening now.I once prayed to god for a bike, but quickly found out he didnt work that way...so I stole a bike and prayed for his forgiveness .........0 -

I see you whining ,not the OP. I see you nit picking on one thing ,not the OP. Your commenting and blah blahing but not actually reading are you ? The OP only refused to make an appointment because they were trying to change office . So technically that wasnt a failed appointment ,that was a postponed one . WL would have had notes on this .I once prayed to god for a bike, but quickly found out he didnt work that way...so I stole a bike and prayed for his forgiveness .........0 -
