    Hi guys

Just popping in after 2 full on days at work...and back in tomorrow for round 3!! When the alarm has a 4 at the start I do feel a bit frazzled to be sure:eek:

BUT..2 NSDs for me. (Nothing like work to make me stop spending!!) Whoop! Unfortunately I can only count 1 as OH has paid club subs this eve. Hmm. Maybe my rules are too strict! But one day for the months anyway!! Small things an' all that :T

I also under calculated my BC total..so a bit more off. Yes!! :T off to update my MSE sig.

    Catch up later

Thanks GL..that's very sweet of you! I do need to catch up on your diary..don't seem to have any time to myself recently so the diaries have been neglected...I miss you all :(

Today back from work and all set for a couple of days childminding!!

    Few bits and bobs..

    - cleaned up the account but unfortunately dipped into overdraft. Awaiting expenses being paid which will help though.
    - EBay sales going OK. Some more items collected today so another £40..yay!
    - resisted some bargainous toiletries, makeup today...I do not need them! ( note to myself!!!) I did get my foundation though at duty free price after eking it it for last few weeks...
    - girls being looked after by grandparents for last. 2 days so no childcare fees to pay for holidays expect maybe Friday
    - looking into upping my hours..OH thinks would make b&gger all difference to us domestically :o ( not exactly proud of this but he's right) as am often working anyway..but debt/budget wise would be a huge help. Will keep you posted..you'll all be the first to know!:T:rotfl:

NSD yesterday!! yes! Only no. 2....have to try harder to do all my essential spends on fewer days!:rotfl: Or is that defeating the object:rotfl:

  • Loving the 3p payment Mrs B !!

Dont go wearing yourself out if you take on extra hours, although I can see why it would be tempting. Sadly we dont have family Childcare that we can fall back on or I would be working all the hours under the sun if I could .

Loving your NSD plan ! :rotfl:Have you frequented the dreaded H0bbs recently or have you stayed away ?!!

Hey Mrs PG...how's you? Planning to catch up on your diary now have caught up on the reams and reams on NLs!!:rotfl:

Yes I know I need to get it into perspective but I am doing the hours anyway...so OH thinks I should formally get paid for them. Have to say he has a point...a very good one. I would advise others to either get paid or find a way to minimise the extra work but I am better at advising others than following that advice myself:o

Newsflash!!!!! I have avoided H@bbs ....nothing bought since that dreaded day in November when I hit that store after too many cocktails:rotfl::o. Amazingly I now realise I have plenty of shoes and work clothes! Funny that!!

    Hi folks

    Plan for today:

    - enjoy looking after girls and their mates. Enjoy it rather than trying to juggle it with work duties...in fact I may put an out of office on...

    - find 4 more items to EBay and list. Another home collection this eve so need to clean up before person arrives. It's fine ( I hasten to add) but I have my pride!!

    - strip and change beds. Put out another load of washing on and then dry all around the house

    - make HM pizza dough for tea and see what we have for toppings. May do HM syrup pudding for afters so could make some HM ice cream. So a few bits maybe needed from shops.

    - make HM bread in BM

    - meal plan for rest of week. Has slipped as have been away and OH has been eating left overs! So very MSE but...

    - check bank accounts. Do expenses. Do mileage for last month.

    - go for a run....it's been so long but I need to start some exercise.

Well done for avoiding the dreaded H0bbs !

Yep I agree with your OH, if you are doing the hours you should get paid, easier said than done though. When I was int he City I worked every lunchtime , until 8pm each night although my hours were until 5.30, take mountains of work home and also not take my holiday entitlement. I didn't get paid a bean for it. I just excepted it for what it was, but looking back I was a total fool !! :rotfl:
