Hi all
Quiet week for me, not on the diaries as a mega busy week at work..my 'fault' for being away I guess!!!;-)
Keeping spends to a minimum but still they mount up don't they??! only spending minimally at the supermarket though and meal planning all the way.
Off to cinema with friends this eve..it wil be nice to be sociable. Today the kids are going horse riding..using their Xmas present so no spend there. They are booked in once a week for the next 4 so hopefully it will mean they get more confident as well as not costing me anything!! Result
Meals from the freezer again this weekend. Plus OH has made scrummy bread and put loads of red cabbage into the SC with a bucket of cheap red wine (£3.69) which will be delish.
Other news is that we are up to £76 on bids on our bits and bobs on EBay that we listed last week...3 days to go and lots of watchers so am hopeful. Will keep you posted! :T
A warmish day today..blue sky and sun so amazing how it lifts your mood huh?
Laters. Love to all

Girls loved the horse riding..they can't wait until next week! Their beaming faces at their first canter was a joy to behold!

So...today was as follows:
- got £170 back from changing dollars back onto sterling so feels like I am £170 up..in a way I am as have paid off CC and exhausted the Cax£on charge card. Some will be given to OH for a new cycle helmet. His has broken polystyrene inner which is worrying me. He cycles in traffic at great speeds every day so the risk is higher than I care to think about
- made bread, oatcakes, 3 fish pate ( odds and ends..a real use up), HM stew in the SC ( cooked overnight beautifully), rice and veg and a HM syrup pudding. Love these, reminds me of my gran boiling them for hours on the stove..I on the other hand use a 3.5 min MW recipe..not as good but OK! It does!!
-£10 credit from BT as the b.ggers lost my appointment...I ask you. They are the limit. Lord knows when I will get another at a convenient time.
- had to pay for DD2's subs and some groceries but otherwise that's it. Made usual PADs by way of neatening up the accounts Miss Tilly style. EBay is going OK. Loads of items close tomorrow. Have listed a few more today with another one due to go on this eve...all loft items I had forgotten we had!!
Away for work most of rest of week so may be MIA..hope everyone has a good week anyway
