Have since found out she's done lots of posh cookery classes hence the perfectly timed perfect cooked perfectly presented meal she presented us :eek: whereas I'm more of the throw it in and see what happens type:rotfl:

    Ha... the best meals are the thrown together ones which are made with love. We'll rise to the challenge... love it. Are you meat eaters? Any no go's? I like liver for example.. not everyone does!!! ;)

  • Yes we are but I don't eat/do offal and seafood (sorry :o). Oh and bush food on those survival programmes:rotfl:wouldn't need to be quite that frugal :rotfl:
    But Meat and fish all OK :)
    My standard for such occasions is eg Ms Dahlia's slow roast lamb in red wine - always good but one does get bored...:D
