Thanks - yes it's to do with estimates and checking whether I want the term to change. Bizarre thing is that they are an app based Bank (At0m) so complained but will keep an eye on it. To be honest I will probably put the OPs in a high interest (well as much as gets to be high interest these days) and pay over in the thousands. As I can't get it back will also make me think hard about it.

And in other great news I FINALLY got my TCB payment and have requested it. £153 coming my way. Result. Brilliant.

  • great news on mortgage and TCB - I'm still slogging away slightly demotivated by the fact we might need to put DS op on a credit card or put any planned overpayments towards it but I didn't get into this debt overnight and wont get out of it over night either ...... I have returned to the world of ebay - lets see what the gods of watchers and bids hit me with this time

Best of luck with it Debs...any update?

    Thanks for popping by everyone.

Had a lazy day yesterday. Much needed. Increasingly cancelling stuff to free up time which can be unstructured for OH and I..think it may be (one of) the tricks to keeping us sane.

Money is looking better next month mortgage wise so may divert some of the savings to a much needed new cooker. Our current one has been a nightmare for cakes for ages. Think the thermoregulator is shot.

One bonus this week was delivery of a box of 6 bottles of wine for £4.99. Just a delivery charge and no tie in commitment. We had one bottle on Friday eve and it was nice too. Result.

Need to update the signature after having done the accounts. Can't be bothered to do today but I think we are hanging on in there and we are certainly paying down the final card quite well and saving for the December and January tax bills which is good. Stuff still needing to be decluttered to EBay and CS. Had to throw a work dress away as had moth holes :( I could do with a day to do mindless chores that need to be done during the week, but working too hard in RL for that at the moment.

But everyone healthy and working hard. Even DD2 has started GCSEs with a pretty good mindset :)

    Hope everyone is good

What a party we can have.. :T... gin, free wine, cake and a mobility scooter :D

    Yours or mine Beanie?

Good day today. Meal planned mainly using stuff we already have, went to an exercise class for first time in oh about 2 months, (meant to ask, PF, how's the exercise going?) and sorted a load of work. Still so thrilled got my accounts in. This way I have time to prepare for any nasty surprises.

Early night this evening...pooped and another hectic week ahead

    Have a good one all
