Would that not just be entirely dependent on when DDs are set to come out, though? Eg the week the mortgage comes out is going to be rather hefty compared to other weeks?0% card was £1126.91 / Now £1502.37
AFD March 2/15 NSD March 2/11 :T
Other debts paid since 1/1/14: £17,0050 -
I guess that's true, it's just I know I will have what we call discretionary spends too eg. Groceries which vary. It would be good to be able to see spends week by week and YNAB doesn't seem to let me do that. There is a version you pay for on a monthly basis but we haven't taken that on.. after all this is about saving money
Just back from exercise class. Feel great now and not at all hungry.. just a banana I think. It has certainly put me off any wine!! So many benefits :rotfl:MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Well done on the exercise. It's a good time to go as by the time your body gets hungry you will probably be asleepIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Thanks guys..as it happened I did get hungry later but just had egg on toast so pretty limited. Just snaffled a large Danish pastry and coffee now though as yes, you guessed it..I was marching out early delivering papers again..much to the surprise of the newsagent.. :rotfl: I am slightly better off as a result but more importantly DD2 who is weeping from tiredness got a lie in
Not sure how today will pan out. Need to do some work but mainly trying to take it easy and do very very little cooking this weekend. Just not in the mood. We have plenty in the freezer so we can eat that.MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Well done on the exercise class, and the paper round!
I don't find weekly averages hugely useful, due to aforementioned DDs etc, but I suppose if you have a trend of spending more at the start of the month to stock up on food, or something like that, it might be useful.Trying to figure out a whole new life. Trying to figure out a whole new budget.
Divorcing, unclear on final debt total right now, but focusing on building a financial buffer zone.0 -
Thanks TOPM
I have a FitBit so marching around the streets now counts as exercise and I love the time to think.
DDs out today for yet more performances and I think I will take some work to do whilst I am waiting. Make good use of the time and then charge my coffee whist I am waiting to my business account. Legitimate use of time.
Freezing in the house as radiators all on low, and I have 2 jumpers on..may need to put the dial up a bit!! No ones complained (as they are sleeping!) but I am very cold!
(PS. Update: Meter readings done and sent off. Price goes up from 1 March so want the pre price rise totals to be as accurate as possible. Still freezing but did turn one radiator up briefly. Off again now!!)
Some likely sales on the Bay..so plugging away. Another AFD yesterday..think I have undercooked the number of days without alcohol this month, it certainly feels like we haven't been drinking much at all. Next month will track carefully and maybe mark in the diary too and than transfer onto my signature on here.
Have a great weekend folks...my kids are clearly shattered..still conked outMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

I am a F!tbit convert too. Treated myself to one with eb*y sales. Just a little obsessed at the moment - it will wear off. having competitive calorie burning and step counting with DD2:rotfl:Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi
