    Good idea with the sales target. And maybe put yourself down for a woodburner as a treat when you are debt free?

    Oh..and can't quite believe I missed this off my last post :o

    Received a fat cheque from HMRC... supposedly I have applied for a repayment ?? Um, no. I paid the amount that was due on my return. Very weird. I have just banked it but refusing to dance a jig (and probably why I didn't put in my last post) as so sure its a mistake and that I will need to pay it back pronto. However if I can hold it for a bit will put it into the OP pot, that way it helps bring the mortgage interest down a little.
