Ay up Brizzle - I was just thinking of you..... I was leafing through a copy of the mrM supermarket magazine (Nov/Dec) and on page 79 there is a recipe for 'Chicken, Lemon and Orzo pasta soup'. You make it all in the same bowl - it uses chicken thighs (aren't they reasonably inexpensive? asks the veggie :rotfl:) and only uses 7 ingredients. They've costed it out at 74p per serving - serves 4. One way to get rid of your orzo mountain?
Awesome progress on the debt busting. And a weekend socialising - whoop :T
