Tru- that must have been really horrible to see. Hope you manage to feel less shocked later. It just makes you feel horrid, doesn't it. (((hugs)))
Good news for you mice-elf - enjoy the bonus!
Still snowing here and kids are out again - not in the road, I hasten to add!! I've had a talk to DD3 about why we don't play there especially after hearing something like this!!If you don't have something nice to say don't bother saying anything at all.0 -
Good Afternoon

What great pics we've got here today. Its a shame my kids had to go to school. But from what DD says, they've had fun snowballing the headmaster!
Serves himself right for keeping the school open! lol
Had a meeting today at work. Just to talk about our convertions rates and compare the calls made from Dec to Jan. I came out on top! And the MD decided that he sees fair to give me a £50 bonus.Whooo Hooooo! With the incentive for us to work harder for next month! They are wanting to put us on a bonus scheme! Im not liking the idea. As I like to know what Im earning each month. But we will see!
Not a clue whats for dinner. Will raid the cupboards & freezer later. Got to crack on with the housework 1st.
Must go
Take care
Love as usual

The school nearest our local park had a bit of an "escaping pupils" problem :rotfl: Mind you how many teenagers can resist a snowball fight, yes all those figures are pupils from the school!

Hi everyone,
The snow is melting rapidly here but it's likely to be icy tonight.
It's DH's birthday and I don't know what to do about a meal. I was going to suggest going out but I don't know if I want to drive. Will see what he wants to do - at least he's at home, he went to the station this morning and the trains were cancelled.
DD rang to say she'd been frozen in - the metal grille on her door had frozen, she had to get out the hairdrier.
DS rang to ask if he could buy himself some warmer clothes (he has a credit card on DH's account for emergencies but he always asks if he can use it) and of course I told him he could.0 -

Tru that poor boy, was he from Crypt? I was glad that all the snow had melted by us by the time DS came home.
My kitchen is so cold I have gone on strike and told DH we are having takeaway tonight.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Whoo - nine pages to look through, see you later maybe. I have to take my ever growing family of dogs out before they wreck the place, five now as one was pining for another so there was a big swap round today - DH says they all look the same but I'm getting to know them as individuals but I'm trying not to get too attached 'cos they're not mine to keep. Their owners funeral is tomorrow. It will be a sad day. Then the dogs will leave for their new homes - two are going to America and another to Europe. So sad to see them split up.
:T to DH for his support because he HATES dogs:T
Sausage and mash evening for us.
Bye for nowDoing voluntary work overseas for as long as it takes .......
My DD might make the odd post for me0 -

Afternoon all.
Well my great day is turning out to be a potencially awfull one.
Lots has happened today between the boys, arguments and feelings have come out that they have obviously been keeping inside.
Rember i told you guys i was planning on telling my ds1 +3 about something they needed to know.
Well tonight has to be the night they get told, i have heard today from them that the are starting to work this out.
So have phoned dh in tears whilst locked in bathroom so boys didnt see me and we are going to finally spill the last of the family secerts tonight.
Just wanted to tell you all as you have been so kind and supportive when i told you all, and in one way im kind of glad it is about to happen as at least i will have no more lies or secerts to keep.I am just so worried for dh as this effects him so much more than me.
If i dont manage to post for a few days i will let crazychik know whats happening so she can let you all know.
Thanks for being such great virtual friends that i feel safe talking about this too.
Hugs to everyone
