    Hi All

Finally had some sleep last night. It wasn't great, but more than I've been getting recently

Been out reporting this morning, so that's some expenses money coming my way

Working late this evening, although if the snow arrives hopefully that will be cancelled.

    Hope everyone's ok

    Hi everyone!
Sorry thread too long today to read through on my very short lunch break but hugs to all and looking forward to Sat in London. I think I'm going to dig out my very ancient AtoZ and walk it from Victoria. Shall really stick out as a bumpkin from the sticks then!!
OS today has been dark wash, white wash sorted, beds made, hoovered throughout, washing up done, dry washing away and new carpet chosen as one I'd chosen was discontinued at end of 2006. Boo Hoo!
Snow has melted here. Did the send the small person in with a change of clothes just in case. Hopefully there was enough left on the field for him at breaktime.
OH is making mixed pepper bake tonight and I will need to do my shopping list for tomorrow. Then it's off to see my friend who very sadly moves back to Germany soon for a quick catch up and a Reiki massage.
    Have a good day all.

If you're walking to save money on transport rather than for the exercise benefits, there's a way to end up at Charing Cross without paying extra - if, that is, your train route goes through Clapham Junction.

    Get off at Clapham Junction
Change onto train going to Waterloo (trains every couple of mins)
    Get off at Waterloo
Walk across the concourse and footbridge to Waterloo East
Hop on a train to Charing Cross (trains every couple of mins)
    Bob's your uncle :D

Your rail ticket should say "London Terminals" as the destination rather than specifying Victoria, which means it will be valid for all of the above.
