  • Hi - last year somebody much cleverer than me put together a code generator which automatically worked out the final code for you. Did anybody keep the link to it, and will it still work this year?
    cheers!

I just Checked back on last years thread and the last Code was Cracked at 5:10pm so it looks like the final word was activated towards the end of the office day.
The moment the code was posted can be re-lived here!

Also I came across this automatic checker program that some people were using last year, The words are already in the Words Tab. In the Data Tab you need to put in your priority reference and change the code words to the current words, then say what line you want to start checking from in the Words Tab. Also you need to enable macros.

I believe it was the very clever Mr Doovde :T:)
  • I might be missing something but does some clever boffin not need to amend the spreadsheet so that 10 code words can be checked? Last years only needed 8 codes. I'd love to assist but excel macros are beyond me!

I think it was Pealy (forgotten your full username, sorry!) that made the spreadsheet.

Good call. Not sure whether I would be able to do it either, if I get chance later I'll have a look - in the meantime, here's hoping the original 'author' of the spreadsheet is reading this forum! :)
  • Hi all,

I'm not sure I'm going to be able to use my booking this time!! Does anyone know if I give it away will it mean I won't get issued one next time???

Quite happy for someone else to use mine but a bit selfishly will hang on to it if it messes me up for future offers!!!!

Anyone given their code away before?
