Thanks - defo for me will be cheaper to book through Haven as we are going the 30th April and they include electric/gas/entertainment - nothing was mentioned about the service change but will look again.

Have you been before to Burnham on Sea?

No its a first time for us. Looking forward to it and hoping to do cheddar gorge using clubcard deals.
On the daily mail booking after putting in your codes there is a link to the extra costs on the left hand side of the page after doing your search. The one for yours booking direct looks a good price and better than the daily mail option.

I've read a few posts about people not paying for entertainment passes but still getting them on arrival for free, has this happened to many others or has anyone paid for passes once they got there?
    Thanks :)
Yeah we didnt pay for passes when we went to Cayton Bay but they gave them to us anyway. Wouldnt like to gamble on it tho if you really want them.

I have spent time searching for any answer to this but couldn't find it. I was wondering if it is possible to pay for upgrades on European holiday caravan/mobile homes. The campsites I am interested in are La Croix de Vieux Point and Le Chene Gris this is because we will be travelling as a family of 5 and mostly adults if an upgrade is not possible might be better to book as a 6 not a 5 if this makes any difference. Thanks

    Hi all,

I'm not sure I'm going to be able to use my booking this time!! Does anyone know if I give it away will it mean I won't get issued one next time???

Quite happy for someone else to use mine but a bit selfishly will hang on to it if it messes me up for future offers!!!!

Anyone given their code away before?

I have, twice :) I gave away the last one to somebody on MSE, and the one before that to a friend (that I'd met on MSE but now talk to via FB). And I have still received a priority booking this time :) I'll be using it to book for September. Any more I receive later this year will be offered out on MSE again.

the caravans might still be a 2 bed , with sleeping accommodation in the living room
so pls be aware .. go to the site you are interested in and see what caravans they offer.
you usually get the 3rd bedroom if it's more that 6 !
but then you might not get the booking if that park does not offer larger than a 2 bed caravan
do your research first because when it opens and its all frantic be the times you sort out another choice and confirm with your companions .. those might be gone as I am sure they reserve some for postal bookings.
