That is exactly what I was thinking and you put it into words for me. :T0 -
Sorry for being so quiet today everyone. My little boy is ill today, been sick four times so far the poor mite.
I've had to cancel my CAB appointment which was due tomorrow, it has been resheduled for end of next week.
I'll be back on once he is better.0 -
I'm still waiting to find out who it is so I can email them and then send them an invoice for the time i spend sending such emails
I do wonder if their company accounts or even their own personal earnings reflects £500 an hour though. For some reason, I doubt it.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
The reason I haven't named and shamed is because I want to find out from the CAB if I am in the wrong in anyway. I know I have been wrong in lots of ways but I mean if I have broken the law somehow.
If she is in the wrong and they say she is exploiting people then I will probably name her. I would not want anyone else to feel what I have felt this last week, also I wouldn't want them to give her any money as that's all she cares about, she is not interested in helping people really.
That sounds like a great idea.Don't grow up. Its a trap!
Peace, love and labradors!0 -

It just goes to show the power of the mind. When we can 'reframe' the way we think negatively into positive thinking then that's when we can improve the quality of our lives. If someone can do it without spending lots of money to do so it's excellent. But that's all a therapist does really, using various theraputic tools, to assist the client to shift their thought processes.
OP; telephone therapy doesn't work. The only types of talking assistance via phone is for such worthy organisations such as the Samaritans et al. Any therapist in the talking therapies worth their salt will see the client face to face to enable the process of trust and rapport to build. Then and only then can the theraputic healing process proceed.
It looks like you've already improved the way you think and that's great. If you're interested and don't mind reading, a great self improvement book is by Louise Hay called 'You Can Heal Your Life'. It certainly helped me in difficult times before I trained as a psychotherapist.0
