Advice on refund - I feel scammed

Hi
Does anyone following this post know whether as per the original question you can claim via your credit card for a purchase you are not happy with? we have been battling with Kitchen Magic who did our kitchen 20 th October. There are a few things were not happy with, including the fact that our tap doesn't work propery, they've left a hole n the wall and the worktop is slightly too short.
I have wasted so much time calling them, and waiting in for them not to turn up. When someone does turn up they don't have anything they need with them to do the work!
I am drafting a letter to the managing director but if he is as helpful as the operatios manager who has not returned one call, I don't think we'll get very far!
Thanks

Stating the bleeding obvious here but this does assume they actually paid with the card, and not just own one!

But that only works if there is actually something wrong with the goods purchased I believe - which seems to be the case with ToriMac, tho' isn't the case with the OP of this thread.
I don't think you can invoke Section 75 if the goods are fine, you just didn't realise they were too big or you have changed your mind ??I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say.0 -

Section 75 says75. — (1) If the debtor under a debtor-creditor-supplier agreement falling within section 12(b) or (c) has, in relation to a transaction financed by the agreement, any claim against the supplier in respect of a misrepresentation or breach of contract, he shall have a like claim against the creditor, who, with the supplier, shall accordingly be jointly and severally liable to the debtor.Competition wins: Where's Wally Goody Bag, Club badge branded football, Nivea for Men Goody Bag0
