Hi
Sorry it's been such a long time since I've posted. It's been a busy month. I finished work on Friday and am now on Maternity Leave. I have a month to go until the baby is due.
Dad is up and down with his health. Not sure what to say really - the treatment and drugs are affecting him. We're doing our best to keep him going and help him keep his strength up.
I've got lots to do over the coming weeks to get the flat and the finances in order before baby comes. I hope s/he doesn't come early. There's far too much to do!
I think i may be coming back on here regularly to post daily lists!

Hi, just a quick update post using my phone.
Firstly - no baby yet!
Lots has been going on - my dad was very sick and in hospital for three Weeks so we were very worried and lots of driving back and forth to hospital. He's home now and more stable. was very hard to see my dad so vulnerable and low.
Have had my own pregnancy issues which meant I have to have bloods checked fortnightly and then see consultant - next (and hopefully final) check tomorrow to determine labour options.
Baby due date this weekend - started to feel like it might be coming soon. Am getting very uncomfortable. I've spent the last few days trying to tidy the flat - haven't really had time recently and had hoped to do it while on mat leave but that hasn't worked out. Baby's Room is mostly done and hospital bag is ready. So main things done.
Hubby started a new part time temporary job last week which is relife - he won't be able to have paternity leave so will be on my own, with baby. Just found outthat they may looking to hire him full Time and permanent so,that would be great. Especially if he gets the same money as old job as it is local so less in travel costs.
money - it seems to be slipping out of my fingers. If DH does get this job then it would be good and, would be one less thing to worry about for a while and I can, hopefully enjoy being a mummy.
I do need to switch gas/elec as my current contract runs, out. Can't decide if I should go for the cheaper one year fix or pay more on a longer term deal just in case prices go up over 3/4 years.
So busy, stressful and quite hard would be how to sum up things now but trying to remain positive.
How are all of you?
