I had the exact same letter from them this morning. I called and the guy gave me a code over the phone.

I've received 1 vue cinema voucher, but the voucher is a generic one, suggesting it can be used at any Vue!

I have now been waiting 3 weeks, i have sent 9 vouchers, 3 vouchers and then another 9 vouchers...

The 1st batch was sent signed for... The 2nd batch regular post and listen to this...

The 3rd batch i drove 200 miles round trip from Portsmouth (was working in Aylesbury for the day) and the postcode on their promotion took me to a residential area... It just so happened i saw a post van delivering items and i asked the postie where this PO BOX 999 was, he told me that it was several miles away and nowhere near the post code that they gave me, he told me that they used to have a building at the postcode they supplied but they stopped using that building years ago!

What a joke!

Thanx rung the number you have posted and received one of my 9 codes over the phone.
The others arent showing on the system but they are receiving 5000 applications a day so the lady said i should receive them in due course, just a case of sitting and waiting i think:)

i've sent 9 vouchers 3 weeks ago and still not received anything, rung them last week and they said they are not showing on the system!

I sent my receipts off and have received them back today to say that they are not the originals and the originals have already been submitted ! Not sure whats going on, am trying to call them but have been on hold so long its no funny, I am going to go to Police if I have no joy as I am worried somebody is submitting copy receipts, maybe from the petrol station I used??

I just had letter back from them saying i didnt enclose enough petrol receipts which is funny as i had sent three in the first place.All seems a big waste of time.boo on esso petrol.

Others need to be warned to save them the time, effort and money...

As I said earlier in 2 of the petrol stations I visited the staff at the till stapled the vouchers to the receipt and put them to one side unless you requested them. Perhaps the attendant did this for you except gave you copy reciepts. All they need is receipts they have a booklet of vouchers right next to them

Already done that hoping for it to appear on the show!!!

I thought I was a one-off but esso have made serious mistakes here

yay finally i received my codes by mail yesterday so happy although 3 weeks is a long waiting. sent another vouchers today
