Didnt sleep too well last night and i really am still feeling very tired and very sore. Not venturing far today. Did manage to walk to school but was exhausted when I got back. Luckily I have help today to collect her so I do not have to go out again. Bit low on teabags, so I hope that I can eek them out until I go out tomorrow. So unlike me to run low on those as I drink so much tea.
2nd lesson on the sewing this afternoon. managed to get the spare machine working. Thats a relief. Save me some money. It was just the various tensions not really working although I still think the drive belt is a bit loose. (old age bit like me).
There are lots of bits and bobs that i should be doing, but I havent got the energy. I may even go and have a sleep for an hour and see if I feel any better. Its a pity as there was such a lot that I wanted to do. But I over did it at the weekend and I am paying the price now.
DGD was a bit arguementative this morning getting ready for school. But when i dropped her off, she didnt want to let me go!. Children.
I have a zip to replace in a jumper for one of the Mum's at the school. Removed the old one this morning but I dont have the right colour zips in my stash, so tomorrow I will have to visit the market when I go to councilling, and see if I can find a suitable replacement.
The bank balance is going to be tight for the rest of the coming month at least. But I have started to save, so I could use that if I had too. So I can still breathe easily so to speak.
2 days to DGD's birthday. Got to sort out a birthday tea for her she is having 2 little friends coming over. Lets hope that the weather is good and that we can get the swing set up tomorrow afternoon, and that they can then all go out there and play.
    Rest time.

  • Mooloo, you seem to be very tired a lot recently. Have you been to the dr for bloods? Also, have you looked into Fibromyalgia? You have quite a few of the symtoms.
  • Happy Birthday DGD. All the best peole are born on this day... ;)

Yes its DGD's 5th Birthday today.
She has a swing and slide set in the garden today. DS and Biggest of Mooloo helped to build it yesterday, while I kept the two DGD's happy and fed them tea.
I was in bed by 7.15 at the same time as DGD.
    I am still worn out.
    Bad week I suppose.
I am just off to the John Radcliffe hospital to see the nuerosurgeon. Hopefully I will be back and have a little energy for the birthday tea that DGD is having.
3 of her little friends are coming to tea. I have just been to Mr T to buy the cakes etc. Was just not up to it before, or to make them.
Cost a bit but never mind. She is worth it. (most of the time!! nudge wink!).
I will post back a bit more when I have got back, and have the energy.
Thanks for the birthday wishes. Does it mean its your birthday too Littlemonkeywolf?? If so Have a happy birthday too!

Hope DGD has a lovely birthday x
Did she like her pair of jeans and jumpers? I guessed at the size as she is so tall now.
Hope it went well at the hospital.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
  • Awww Happy Birthday to DGD!!! xxx
  • Hi Mooloo, another money making idea for you. I've noticed that girls hair ribbons are becoming very popular and sell for a lot of money. There are a few web sites around, but I know that one lady has the monopoly on a local primary school, of about 600 pupils. These particular ribbons she sells are beautiful and retail at 4.99 to nearly 7 pounds a ribbon!!! I can't imagine the overheads are huge. I've looked on ebay and you can get the packs of the hair clips very cheaply. I imagine you'll need a hot glue gun too. Worth thinking about.

Hi all, sorry been missing in action. Things have been a bit tough the last few days.
Yes Molly DGD loved her new clothes. She is very tall now, I agree.
We had 3 of her little friends here and they had a birthday tea and they ran in and out and played on the trampoline and the swings etc. They seemeed to have a ball.
I was shattered, and had to let the girls (twins) take over the setting up the table etc etc.
Friday was looking after DGD2, so I was up early. Which meant that yesterday I was in bed at the same time as DGD. Dont seem to have had my energy back since going to London last weekend.
Hopefully I will be back in action properly soon.
Minimoneysaver, I will take a look at the ribbons. I have noticed a few of them around here too.
I am also waiting for the Charity to come back to me about helping in thier shop. They have to wait for the CRB check to be done as some of the people that work with them are vunerable disabled adults. Which is fair enough.
They have finally agreed 8 hours worth of care for twin2. So hopefully that will start soon.
Today I have been to see my parents, been food shopping, and been doing housework. With what energy I had, I started to clear out the spare room. I want to take the rest of DS's stuff up to him, and get it out of my way. Then I can use the room better for my sewing things.
DGD is in the bath. Better get her out and ready for bed.
An evening infront of the TV and maybe a glass of wine.
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.

Hi Mooloo, lovely photo but I'd still worry that this site is open to absolutely anyone who wishes to view it whereas Facebook is restricted just to family and friends.
