Perhaps we can do something closer to Xmas. There are lots of lovely courses then x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

well its a busy day again. My fault. have to go to town earlier then planned as I have DS's signing on papers in the car. Had to take them to the council the other day. He has an interview at 10.45 this morning, before his usual signing on time at 12. Which usually fits in well with our going in for my counciling at 1pm.
DGD is to be at nursery today. She is complaining that her ankle is hurting her. Worried that the virus she had last year is still lurking there somewhere in her joints. Will make an appointment with the doctors for later if I can get one. As I want her checked out. Will send her to nursery and ask them to see if she uses it ok or not. She is walking and came down the stairs on her own, so I am not going to be too worried- yet.
Got the last Working Tax/child tax payment in my account today. Lets hope that the ESA will review and reinstate my claims from now on. Or we will start to live on a very, very reduced income indeed. All the funds allotted for DGD to be precise. Oh well, I am in the lucky position to have savings and to have funds in the bank that would take me through a month if I was careful. Would love the 6 months funding that Martin suggests to have in savings, but thats doubtful on our income. But I always put 10% of every payement straight into the savings to cover for things like the car and holidays. So a larger slush fund would be the best aim. I managed to reach the £1,000!
So please dont worry about me. I will cope quite well this month after all. Prudence etc has paid off!
Have a good day, the sun is out, and the sky is blue. Always my favourite time.
DGD is in the garden in her PJs and we have school in half an hour. Crickey I better crack on.

Took a slow wander around all the different charity shops in towncentre. Some were very expensive if you ask me. Anyway i bought a lot of bits and bobs. Mostly for me for a change!. The devil that I am. Did buy DGD a dress though.
It was a lovely hot day, so I had a sandwich meal deal sitting on the bench near the market square. Met up with DS and he took my shopping bags to the car for me. Then he and his mate hung around town waiting for me to go to my councilling. We all came back together then. Intime to collect DGD from Nursery.
In the morning we had a mothers meeting at the school gates, and all nattered for quite a while, it was 9.40 before we knew it!.
collecting DS from twin2's I went in. I wish that I hadnt, then I wish that I had had a camera on me. The state of her place!. Her bedroom which she was still lying in bed on the floor, was disgusting. Dirty plates everywhere, cigarette butts on plates, cups etc. Rubbish, empty cans, food packets etc etc everywhere. It looked like someone had up turned a black rubbish sack on the place. Except it would probably have filled two! Then there were dirty clothes etc too.
I was not thrilled. The social worker for the girl stopping rang me in the afternoon. I told her that I was not thrilled.
The social worker for Twin1 rang me and I am to meet her at twin1's flat this afternoon. To fill in the funding application etc for some assistance for her. Lets hope that thats a good omen there. I also mentioned twin2's place. She said that she would look into seeing if she had a case worker assigned or not. If not I have to ring up and complain again.
    Fun...not.
The councilling session was quite a fast paced one. We started to talk about the boys. Those in care now. As I had brought the subject up on holiday. BF suggested I talk to the councillor about it. Then that triggered me jumping from one place to another. As if I was a computer with so many pages open at one time.! I am bogged down with all of the things that go on in my head. I wake with them, they keep me awake, etc etc. But the councillor did say that I was a different person from the tired, drawn, grey person who had gone into his sessions at the beginning. So yes I have moved on. He also said that I looked at least 10 years younger now. Thats nice to know. I do feel about that as well. Although I am still bogged down with so many worries.
He tried to remind me that I am not responsible for all of these things, and that I should think about each situation and analys things before I decide if I am to act on them or not. See if I can delegate the responsibilities etc or just not take them on in the first place. Its easier said then done of course. We will just have to see what I can do. That always leads me to a thinking session of my own at home, and last night I was again up at 3.30 am. At 4.30 I got up found a pencil and paper. Couldnt find a pen. and made a cuppa. Went back to bed and scribbled the things in my head. The to do lists etc that were swamping my sleep. I manged to get an hours sleep before the morning.
I have had a shower and dressed etc before I got DGD up. DS is still in bed.
I hope that I will manage to get some work done this morning. But not sure if I will get all that I want doing.
Tomorrow Molly and I are at a WI meeting. And I am then going to be going to see BF. DGD is going to be going to her grandads. Yipee. I another free weekend. Things are beginning to look up much more.
Better go, she is struggling to put her clothes on.

Alas Molly was too poorly to come with me on FRiday, so I went to the WI college on my own. It was about Macular desiese. Something that my mother has started to show symptoms so it was important that I listened well.
The cooking demonstation was interesting, and the talk from the professor was enlightening and humourous in places. The lady who had inherritage AMD was amazing. Even though she is registered blind, and has only the peripheral sight, that is very blurred etc, and is more a light/shade she still goes skiing with her husband! amazing.
It was a strange feeling going without Molly, but by half time I bumped into a lady that helped us when we first went last November.
The day didnt finish until around 4.45 so it was from there I went on to BF's.
Had a leisurely weekend at his. On Saturday we went to the river Isis at the head of the town, and watched the colleges rowing races. We took a picnic and a rug. It was a lovely afternoon. So relaxing.
We didnt want much to eat when we got back so just had a snack later on.
On sunday we had a slow start to the day, visited the tip to take some greenery and then popped into Cowley centre. Saw a lovely swing seat for his garden and after a while and consideration he bought it. So we then spent the rest of the morning/early afternoon with his daughter and built it. My job to work out the screws, bolts, nuts and washers.! Little production line we were!.
We managed to have a short BBQ for our late lunch, before I had to come back home.
I was really exhuasted. I had to detour to collect DGD as she had been left with her Mum, apparantly she had been sick on Saturday so the Ex had decided it was wiser not to take her with them yesterday, as there was a sick relative in the party they were going out with. So she was at her Mums. Then I had to find DS, and then go and gather all his bits up from his other sisters before we could get back straight home. Luckily Twin1 had fed DGD so I didnt have to cook, and DS could cook for himself.
He has stayed stuck in his bedroom today!
I have made some door stop/pads for the nursery, and then masses of bunting all day. My arm is very sore now. So its going to have to wait till tomorrow to do any more.
The council have once again ignored all the information that I have given them and sent me out an amended claim with the completely wrong information on it.! So again I have called and left a message with them to get back to me and explain why?
The HMRC tax payment i made was returned, so I have had to re do it.
DS's Job Seekers wasnt in the bank, so had to get him to sort it out. Finally it was in this afternoon,. they have done nothing but mess him around.
ESA still havent come back to me, and I have chased them as well.
    No joy yet.
With all of that I am just exhausted again, so I will have to hang fire to do anything else that I need to do.
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.

Mooloo, why not speak to your local Councillor and ask them to get the Council Tax sorted out. Your council should have a timescale for responding to Councillors enquiries, so it should be taken seriously and sorted out quickly.

Hi Molly, you cant help being poorly. It would have been too hot for you, and far too uncomfortable really. We had to walk over to the main house for midbreak tea, and lunch etc so it was a lot of tooing and froing then, and queing for a sandwich and a few fancy bits. But we will go on another occasion when your back to strength. Big hugs.
I will catch up with you soon. Been sewing bunting for too long today and my arm aches. Your DD will tell you how much I managed to do today. Not as much as I wanted to do, but all that my arm would let me do.
Have just about stopped now, body will be going backwards if I am not careful.
    :o

Thankyou. Hope things are improving for you as well.
    Good news.
Just before I did the school run I had a telephone call from the jobcentre. They have re looked at my claim to ESA income related, and decided to award me the claim, and that I should get a payment by Friday.! Yipee. She didnt say how much, or the dates I qualify etc. But that doesnt matter. It means that I will be funded again. Phew!.
I feel very relieved I can tell you that one.
Onwards and upwards then. Panic over. For this occasion anyway.
Now its the council to sort out as I missed a call last night just after 5pm. I was sitting in the garden. Who wouldnt in this glorious weather.
Today is my treat. I get my massage this afternoon.
Now its time to do a little bit of bunting. I will be seeing it in my sleep!.
    :D
