Saving for a new Horse!

Good morning
Details of OH's inheritance landed last night, not sure when we will receive it, looking towards early Jan but had a quick work of the figures. Going to pay of the loan in full which will save about £1k in interest and leave us £148 a month better off. Also will have enough to pay of £1k on a credit card.
We are also going to buy a few things a new laptop for me, pc for OH and few camera bits for OH but these are things that are needed and an investment for OH so something to show from the money. But we are putting over 80% to debts nearly £7k so happy with the arrangement.
It will bring our debt to around £23K or £15K without parents loan which is currently on hold so brings us to a much better financial position and a little more give in the budgets each month. The loan is 6.9%, one credit card is 0%, the other 2 cards are high but should be able to balance transfer the rest so they will all be on 0%. The it will just the car finance on any sort of interestDebt 13-1-25 - £39K!!!

Morning, last day at work till 7th, meant to finish at lunchtime but going to have to work till 5 to get everything done, but will take time off in lieu.
Peed of this morning fellow livery who shares my field has been getting down late this week so think she has been giving extra hay as think some of my hay has been taken, not a problem but !!!!!!! ask, so have sent a message this morning, see if she responds
Got a big box on the doorstep last night with a competition win from Method, got 2 lots of handwash, 2 big bottles of multi use cleaner and big bottle of washing up liquid so no need to buy stuff for about 6 months
Moneywise £50 out for birthday present for OH's son, but have received £375 from various relatives so £325 better off. Going to see if can cheques in bank today or tomorrow. Going to transfer some to insurance/car a/c to make up any possible shortfall and then rest to the cardDebt 13-1-25 - £39K!!!
