Morning
Snow oh joy, new hossie seems to be quite happy though, took fab picture of her hoofprints next to my bootprint in the snow, have to see if I can upload it.
Feeling a bit more normal today, think flu is slowly subsiding. Mum came round last night and took washing home as have had to turn outside water of as got frozen pipes last year. Also managed to get the tree down from the loft, need to get a smaller tree next year, the one we have is huge
Moneywise, sofa payment out so another £30 of debt. £35 landed from cashback site so have sent to card. Bought another present yesterday so thats all my allocated spending used up, few more presents to get so will raid my presents a/c to help, think only £20 in there but not too badDebt 13-1-25 - £39K!!!

Morning world
So Monday but only 2 weeks and counting until I finish for Xmas, cannot wait, roll on 21st
and then not back till 7th :j
So good thingsOH is feeling better and drove to work this am, hopefully that will mean a relaxing break for me
Had Xmas meal on friday for work do, ended up drinking from 2pm till nearly 11 but felt remarkably fine and didnt make a !!!! out of myself, but great fun to watch everyone else :rotfl:
Sorted horse stuff out ok over the weekend, tidy and up to date, need to get hay but will do between xmas and new year
Turkey ordered for Boxing day
Few more presents bought
4 items sold on ebay yesterday and rest re-listed
So hmm not so good thingsmy credit card now stands at £3450
Not sure how much debt reduction will be going on between now and new year, so think it will just be making sure all bills are covered and then can have a re-think in the new year
still have OH's, mum and few other pressies to buy for, am so unorganised
Wont have time to re-list anymore on ebay before xmas
my house is a tip so need to get that organised, including sorting out writing and sending cards and presents
So a mixed bunch, think debt will be more damage limitation but over the Xmas break going to have a review of everything and see where we can go as the debt has definitely gone up from this time last year.
So plans over the break:-
Work out new budgets, savings, debt repayments
Work out how to get lots of overpayments
Hopefully find out when inheritance is due and what to use this for
Lots of work with the hossie
Get house tidy and in a reasonable state including good deep clean and declutter, go through wardrobe, cupboards etc.Debt 13-1-25 - £39K!!!

Morning, another day closer to finishing work.
Spendy day yesterday went to Mr T to get some fresh food, managed to buy a few more presents as well so another fwe of the list but did spend £136
£15 withdrawn from paypal for survey and ebay sales but cant transfer to card as need in current a/c to stop me going over my overdraftHave an £850 overdraft and with the 2 bills still to pay before payday leaves me with £15 in my a/c. I have £20 in my purse so that will pay for lunch out with a friend today and have about £10 to spare. Shouldnt need anything else. Have hairdresser on friday but have money out already. I get a case of wine for xmas every year from my boss dont really like much so sell it to my hairdresser so need to sort that out so should make a bit of money
Have farrier on 22 but the money is already out for that so nothing needed to be spent.
Still need to get a few more xmas pressies but they will have to go on the cardHavent even thought about getting any for my OH yet
Think new year we will be starting with debts of nearly £30K which is more than last year but a new year and a fresh start, I will get rid of this debt (insert determined face)Debt 13-1-25 - £39K!!!

Morning, so feeling a bit more organised today.
Finance wise have spent far to much I know, money on cards but have a clear plan how to clear next year. £6 from paypal from survey sites but will keep in current a/c to lower overdraft.
Have amended standing orders so now money being sent to appropriate savings pots with best interest rates possible.
Xmas wise have most of the presents now, just a few left to get, now for OH to wrap them all, I bought them he wrapsAlso managed to sort out xmas cards last night, I wrote OH licked :rotfl:
Now to get work organised getting there, but just need to up the momentum so get few things finished before Xmas.
Also need to get house organised but hoping to do this over the Xmas breakDebt 13-1-25 - £39K!!!

Morning
Stupid hosses, up fixing fencing at 7.30 this morning, need to get some more fencing no idea how going to pay for it, going to have a word with the other sharers in the field and see what happens.
Got paid today, a week early so has messed up my budgets  Have re-done budget and it looks like I may be £65 short in my current a/c. Wont need hairdresser so that is £30 saved. Have £10 from auntie for xmas so only £25 to find. Still have to buy a few more xmas pressies and hay for the horse and only have £50Next year looking at budgets still possibly overspending each month and have no budget for food and horse food budget isnt enough, need to have another re-think

Hi BB
naughty hoss and her friends breaking fencing! We have a few ponies at our yard that are not even bothered by electric fencing.
You are so organised and I always feel motivated to get back to my surveys after reading your diary. I find them so boring though.
We also get paid early - so I am going to put in 'horse' account until the new year.0 -
Morning
So one week left till to more workA lot to do so shouldnt really be on here but on my own so no one to notice
One of my colleagues got made redundant on friday, she is coming back sometime to get her stuff but its weird that she is goneNow there is just me and 2 miserable men in the office, they arent too bad but not really my sort of thing so no conversation for me! Will be slowly going insane :rotfl:So the new year there is always a possibility of my job going, just watch this space and get this debt down so if things do go pear shaped am in a better position.
Weekend was mixed. Saturday was spendy as bought hay and electric fencing for hoss. Then had a chinese takeaway. Not planned no money but had budgeted for hoss trainer and is not coming now till next year so used this money so no extra drawn out of bank. Yesterday was a NSD, all food from home
Got lunch in today, wont be a NSD as need to get last of Xmas presents online.Debt 13-1-25 - £39K!!!
