My dh tells me he stripped to his boxers in the middle of nature reserve to put his waterproofs on to try nd wade through water this morning. I said someone is bound to have seen him lol

:rotfl:... Although hopefully not a TV camera crew reporting on people's 'resilience' and how they're 'determined to get to work no matter what'!...

Mind if I nose in more often on here? I'm officially overdue now :D

Of course we don't mind, being overdue is so boring! Walk, bounce, eat curry and pineapple, chat to us... and soon the baby will be here :D

    * I think I should be allowed, since a) Mozzy asked, and b) it's been several weeks since last time I mentioned it :)

They're fab! My brother and I both had them as children, and they 'grow with the child' - they're not your traditional highchair in that they don't have a tray (the thinking being that babies and children should/can sit at the family table), the baby seat is removeable (and sold separately - we have one, and you do need it, or a safety harness, when your child is only a few months old), and you can move the seat and the bit where you feet go down as the child grows and needs more space. Adults can use it too if they so wish. They're very sturdy and durable, and come with a 7-year guarantee. They're not cheap: chair + baby seat + washable cover for baby seat come to just over £200, but then you never need to buy another chair for your child again. We bought ours from here: www.pramworld.co.uk/stokke-tripp-trapp-highchair-white (there's a little video clip there too that shows you how they work). They come in lots of different colours - we have the white one.

    Evening ladies

Happy birthday mozzy!!! Hope you have had a lovely day.

Turtlemoose - I really liked the cosatto highchairs. Great bargain.

Just walked the dog, took DS1 with me and only got halfway round when he needed the toilet and not just a number 1 where he could go in a bush!! So had to cut the walk short, I think I'll continue going on my own!! Much easier.
