Another tooth has popped up here.
His teething rash has taken too long to clear though so the docs ahve given us antibiotics...he definitely doesn't like the taste of it though and is getting wise to the syringe!

Jakes only gone and got his first head cold two days after that stupid baby group GRRRR I didnt notice anyone who was sick but its too coincidental for me.
Poor little chap woke up every half an hour last night as he couldnt breathe properly and this morning he's screaming every time I wipe his snotty nose
I'm using karvol, and I've just read to raise one end of his cot to help stop him coughing/choking in his sleep but what else can I do? advise please

I found putting afew drops of karvol in a mug with boiling water on the floor in his room helped, the steam and vapour cleared his nose well at nights xx

Thanks Sunshine, I've just bought a vaporiser that you can add essential oils to on the logic that it wont be his only cold and I can use it for many years. OH wasnt best pleased and said the same as you; use a mug of hot water... good job I ordered it *before* telling him :rotfl:
Jake is currently asleep on a pillow on my bed and has been for nearly two hours, poor little pumpkin must have been really shattered. I suppose I had better get my bum off the computer and do some housework, I dont have any excuse not to today.
DH has just been suspended as he handed in his notice today (moving to competitor) and supposedly has said to his supervisor that he would be approaching clients (they have a no contact clause in their contracts). Firstly he has never said any such thing (he isnt that stupid) and secondly I dont see how saying your going to do something is a breach of contract surely they would have to wait until he actually did it? :question:
Stupid job.

Lol....Aidens cold came on really quick but I prob would have bought one too had I time!! Hope he gets better soon xx

Safesound, if they've suspended him while he's handing in his notice don't they still have to pay him until he leaves? So he can be a house husband instead until the next job starts?
