Fluff love the pic
Right it is the day of judgement for me (lol sounds so dramatic, but it realy is!). Judge said they will deliver it at 11....but if they need to deliberate longer (they've been doing it since 11am yesterday) then they will make us wait. Hopefully they don't make me wait too long!!
Also, if I lose, I've got to try so hard to keep it together and not get upset etc in front of my employer ....I don't want to give them the satisfaction!
A large part of my case is that I am doing my predecessors job but without his title or package. My employers response is that I am still doing the same job that I was doing when I transferred to them 3 years ago, basically an administration role. They say it's an important role, but it's administration nonetheless (which just isn't true).
If I lose, I must say I am looking forward to going back to work because I will not do all the extra stuff I have been doing, because of course I am "just an administrator" so how could I do all those extra things?? I will be the highest paid administrator they have, lol, and I will work my contracted hours, and I will take my full hour for lunch each day, and I will not do a bean more than the admin that they have claimed is all I do.
Need me to go to a meeting? But you told the judge I'm not "client-facing". Need help with a poor performing contract or team and want me to troubleshoot it? But you told the judge I'm not capable of in depth strategic analysis and planning. Need help with mobilising a new contract? But you told the judge i'm just the "kpi lady". Need help with an IT interface specifiation that nobody else understands? But you told the judge that I only do that a little bit and that there are plenty of other people in the business who are just as, or more, capable than me in that.
If I lose I'll be going back to the cushiest job ever :rotfl:0 -

Turtle - very best of luck. I so hope you win. xx
I used to work with a manager who wanted me to take on a extra load of work, I said I was happy to but would need a new JD and would need the salary going through for grading. Funnily enough it never appeared
...some people just think they can get away with treating people like absolute dirt.
Ill be thinking of you at 11 xLittle Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea

We're in the process of switching from Scottish Power to EDF. Scot Power is always fab on the cashback sites but we have to switch away so we can switch back as a new customer!0
