My little Freddie's 11 days old today but I'm really suffering with cracked nipples. It's making me cry. Any tips? :(

Currently feeling guilty since she's due for a feed but not asking yet so am eating some brekkie myself first.

Don't feel guilty - if she's not asking, then she's happy. You need to look after yourself too :)

Lansinoh? and air, let them get aired, also putting breast milk on them will help rub it in before a feed x

I do not understand how 1 little man can cause so much destruction.

Yep, definately try the lansinoh. You will need to warm it up a bit first, as it is pretty solid otherwise! Pop a bit on after a feed, no need to wipe it off before feeding again, its safe for LO's. Also pop some on after a shower/bath.
Other than that, just keep feeding, your nipples will get used to it. Do check your latch though, worth popping along to a breastfeeding clinic or asking your HV about peer advisors. Really sore nipps can be a sign of a not quite right latch. LO needs a nice open wide mouth before going on so he doesnt just have the end of a nipple in his mouth, He needs some Aureloa (sp) as well.
