    Hi ladies,

Just wondered if any of you had used hypno-birthing and if so could any of you recommend a book/cd?

    Thank you x
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I'm fine, knackered, and fed up. Feel like my life is just a constant hamsters wheel of clean baby, change baby, feed baby, clean up house, repeat. Zzzzzz

Ah, I was feeling like that until I realised i'm back at work in 2wks, and now I realise how much i'm going to miss it all. I want to be the main person looking after my son, not a child carer, big massive BOO!!!

Hi Ikkle! I would highly recommend the one i used. The MWs at the labour both commented how relaxed i was!

It is Natal Hypnotherapy, you can get them here,
    http://www.natalhypnotherapy.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_All_CDs_in_English_10.html

or look on ebay. Go for the set of four, and they have a choice between home birth, hospital, C section set.

    Good luck!

    I'm in Farnham, near Guildford.

Sorry can't reply to everything else thats been going on, this work is turning into a nightmare, at this rate I'll be lucky to get to bed before George is up for his feed.
