Thanks fluff and Jonno - Ive been really good about getting her to latch well this week after it starting to hurt last week but I wonder if it is the milk duct being blocked that is actually hurting. It does burn afterwards. I tend to think it isn't thrush because she hasn't got any spots in her mouth. I've fed her from that side as usual for the past week and it hasn't moved, even last night when I applied heat first and then fed her so I think I'll book an appt at the doctors, I don't want it to get infected and get worse. The pain was so bad in the night I thought about giving up breast feeding which I don't want to do so I'll have to find a solution for it before it gets to that stage.
Hope all are well0 -

Too cute! Here's a similar one of Idiot Boy. Similar in that it's a boy and a piece of fruit. Unfortunately Freddie's yet to realise he's supposed to eat it."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

Erin's decided the label on her dress is better than food.
Oh joy - lucozade tolerance test tomorrow (the test is if you can tolerate the taste of it I'm convinced)! Then midwife which always ends up being more of a cuddle the last baby than check on the next one (same midwife who's amazed at the progress Erin's made). I'm going to be hobbling and useless by the end of all THAT!
And no curls here - Erin's got the poker straight hair thing going on that mine is too (only mine's ridiculously fine but tonnes of it so it doesn't look fine until you try to do anything to it).Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0 -

No change really here. I have asked 5 times now if someone will come and restick the tubes to his face as theyre coming off and theyve not done it. So everytime he moves they come out. Apparently they will do it when he has his anti bios at 10...so lets see.
He was alot more alert before bed. Managed to get him in the cot watching night garden and we got two hiyas and a mamma which is the first thing he has said for a couple of days. His resps for breathing are 60, around 30 is normal so hes pretty high. I had to strip wash him earlier on as he needed a bath.
Update nose tube redone. Thanks to OH who told the nurse she stil hadnt got it in!
Its def in now so hopefully he should sleep better. They still want to tube fee:Ad as he has had no solids but he has had little and often milk so I dont want that
wow, so sorry hun, i had no idea all this was going on. Massive hugs, and hope Aiden is doing ok xxDFD February 2012
