And so it begins, we are back in the 27's with the kitchen paid for :j:j.

Finally got some money owed to us back, not loads but enough to clear kitchen and bringing us back into the 27's..suddenly I am positive about it all again. DH is fully on track to the point, he has finally agreed to sell his car so we only have the one..saving us more money over the year..

Yes sofa bed has sold, and when they came to collect said we sold it too cheap..lol. Gave us an extra 20£..go figure.:D. Also managed to sell them a mirror too, so all good and an extra few pound.:D

SCP .. It's what wasting money over the years does for you..also finally selling all the bits we brought before we met each other from our individual houses all those very many years ago:rotfl:and just stored.

So will still be focussing but now feel one day we may actually get there, which trust me when I say I really did not think we would..

:eek:Wow where does time go? Been a month since I logged on, still here plugging away in the background.
So we are in the 26's and infact if I can turn my head back to MSE could possibly be in the 25's this month :D.
Things will slow right down soon, as we will be having a little person join us in the next few months - so very excited you ahe not idea, but this does leave us with only one wage coming in. We have been saving to continue to cover things, and all being well we should be good for 6 months or so..but we will see. I am spending the next few months being more frugal than frugal and will be back to making all the extra pennies I can. i have signed up to every website I can that will give me money off vouchers - started buying in bulk for a few products off Amazon, and will continue to do so for the forseeable. I have finally given in to a Co.Car - which will mean a little better off each month, as no loan payments to make, but due to high mileage cant sell it for whats left on the HP - so I wil probably do the hand it back part of the contract - not really what i wanted as a note gets put on my credit file, but i spoke with the car company, and they fully understand and said they would do the same if they were me - which is good, however it is not them that will get the marker is it :rotfl: Anyway the difference if i sold privately would mean using all the savings up and be left with nothing, so I think I will just accept the marker..its not like I have ever done it before and they said that lots of people do it - so I feel a little better.

Anyway wil pop on more often i promise in May - I definately need to as it keeps me on the straight and narrow :rotfl:

    Hi Aamberle,

Congrats on the little person that's such great news, and well done on still keeping MSE. Don't blame you on the car, sounds like the best way to go.
Looking forward to hearing about the little person when they join you.
