Just some things are not meant to be I have come to realise...We were literally just leaving home yesterday evening to go and view the house, when DH phone rang to say an offer had just been accepted on said property..they were full of apology. Aww well
.
HR have come back to DH and said what details he has are correct - Funny it appears everyone has misunderstood the wages then...lol. Oh well - we have to stay positive:D.
Ebay sales a little slow but I cannot complain over the year they have been fantastic and if it was not for that I would not of cleared the amount I have - however does not stop me going through the house thinking..I wonder how much if i sold..lol. Surprised i have not listed DH yet :rotfl:..Although probably the hassle of packaging him up for posting I think would be an awful experience..
Think I will start on the wrapping of Christmas presents at the weekend - I need to feel back in control of things, and I think looking at completed presents/gift bags for people will definately help..
Have a few minutes spare this morning, so off to catch up on a few diaries for inspiration..
Have a good Thursday XX2012 The year I started dealing with my debts.

Shame about the house, but it probably means there is an even better one just waiting for you
.
Sorry DH wages aren't quite what you hoped disappointing when that happens.
Have a great image of you trying to pack DH up to ship of to a lucky bidder
Hope the rest of the sale pick up for you, does seem a little slow on ebay at the moment.
Hope you are having a good Thursday

So Morning All - and welcome to a ( my car is going to take about 10 minutes to defrost) Monday...:D.
Had a very busy weekend - went to London on Friday to see the lights and do some Christmas shopping. Then finished that off Sat and Sun - only a couple of bits left to get and I am done :j:j
Just paid a few small payments off card from ebay sales and updated my signature..with min payments due this month I reckon I should be in the low 35's by the end of the year which I am very happy about.
Hopefully though I will have a zillion sales before then and can kick a bit more before the end of December but we will see.
Anyway off to work I go - hope you all have a good day XX2012 The year I started dealing with my debts.

Hey Amberle, booooo to the house news but hurrah for your upbeat attitude!! I am a real believer (without sounding too loony) that everything happens for a reason and so perhaps there is an even better house with yours and Mr A's name on it, you just haven't found it yet.
Anyway, your weekend of shopping sounded like heaven and wrapping those gifts is sure to remind you how well you've done bagging bargains! I daren't put our presents under the tree yet as convinced the dog is going to forget he's inside and !!!! his leg on them but we are (if we can still afford it) going to mooch round the German christmas markets this weekend. Never been before - I hope there's mulled wine
Just shows you, we should stop and look back more often - I mean to think you've paid off £20k...how amazingly motivating is that?! I am back on the wagon with you

Well I would say Happy Tuesday and I am sure it is for most
. We had a December visit early yesterday and sadly it was not Santa but his twin brother..the one that takes rather than gives..:o. I obviously cant say too much at this stage ( you never know who may be reading) but suffice to say there could be only one of us with a job in the next few months..and Mr A is safe..so answers on a postcard please...
I am trying to stay positive ( for the sake of my staff ) more than anything - as we really do not really know anything at this time..except the "new company" ( as of yesterday) wont need 2 sets of people..and if I hear don't worry once again I think I will scream..lol. Anyway sorry if this is a little downbeat today - it is just where my head is at..On a plus if there was ever a time to be super focussed on clearing my debt this is it..I reckon with everything crossed I may get to the other side of Christmas maybe Feb before the hatchet drops our way...So am off to work now to complete my expenses..and trust me there will be nothing I will be carrying over to next month...
Anyway enough of that - hope everyone is well and that the MSE ways are still playing a big part of December even if it is tough...
Have a fantastic day and I promise to be more upbeat on my next post..Have Fun XX2012 The year I started dealing with my debts.

Oh Amberle! ****! Is anyone's job safe these days?! Heard so many of these stories lately - what a nasty surprise right before Christmas. I know it doesn't stop you worrying but you must feel at least that you are doing everything you can to put yourself in the best possible position (imagine if you were still merrily spending away) and armed with your MSE skills you WILL cope whatever happens. One thing I learnt from being on here - if the worst does happen make sure you sign up for JSA right away. I know it seems a silly thing to say but I didn't realise I was eligible until later and so lost out on about £300 I could've claimed - nearly 2 months food shopping!! Sending you positive thoughts, keep us updated x[STRIKE]£49,129[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£[/STRIKE][STRIKE]43,012 [/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£42,209[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£40,823[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£39,866[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£25,960[/STRIKE]£21,338 _party_
