All it means is that they can request the phone back if you don't pay your bills. If you don't still have the phone they'll just charge you for it!

I just rung up to cancel the insurance and apparently there was no insurance set up in the first place !!! wahey - even better.

I got this deal last week and this morning received a call on the new mobile from a lady on 0845 0020012 advising me that I hadn't purchased insurance when I ordered the phone. She was from an insurance company obviously linked to CPW.

I declined the offer. She did try to sell it to me but wasn't too pushy.

Are we right in saying that first bill will be May's Bill received in June?

I would have said the May bill in May (assuming that we get one soon - Feb, March, April, May) - you pay for airtime in advance (and they do say airtime bill in the T&Cs) and unless o2CPW are different to o2 direct, they number the bills.

If you know different to this, please correct my assumption as I don't want to get it wrong or advise someone of the wrong details.
