Free Nokia plus £2 profit via Quidco!

I eventually phoned (too long waiting for yus786 to find out the answer for us :rolleyes:) and was told that as I only had online billing (cannot recall being given a choice?!) then the charge would be removed. However, I am still sure that o2 £35 tariffs have free itemised billing with every other retailer as it definitely was with an o2 deal through Mobileshop last year on the same £35 tariff and I saw it with other retailers when I was looking for this contract.

As I mentioned above, based on experience last year with Mobileshop and o2, I would have expected sending the May bill (the "proper" o2 bills are numbered, the first one being immediately when you connect and you are billed in advance for airtime, therefore February, March, April, May). However, I phoned CS to ask which bill and they said June as you ignore the first month? As you pay in advance, this doesn't seem right, as otherwise bill 12 will actually be paying for m13 and take you beyond your 12 month contract?

I did speak to someone and switched it off and got the £2 back.

I too am very confused about which bill to send. So far i've had

Feb - £60 ish
Mar - £35
Apr - £35

So i would send May's bill but is this correct?

if its cpw, then its the physical 4th bill you receive. so yes May

Sent off my first cashback claim on 23rd May. Sent the 4th Bill ie the one received on 22nd May.

Got a text today saying they have received it and will process within 21 days.

I am confused as to when to send the next bill. Sorry for being dumb but would it be next month.
i.e. 23rd September and the next one in January 23rd.

Another question is how much days notice do you have to give carphonewarehouse regarding stopping the contract.
