I understand your concerns but I really wouldn't worry with CPW. Although they have a voucher system they don't actually bother sending them out most of the time.
- If you really want the vouchers just download the pdf file online
- Just don't bother and simply send in the bill like I do - they never query it
- You have 60 days to claim so if something does go wrong there's plenty of time to rectify it.
- The terms of the cashback are online they don't send them to you - so just print them off and file them with your bills - simple.

Don't bother phoning their CS. I called them they came out with some blag about them not being printed yet as it was a quick and asked me to phone again later on in the week.
i went to their help section on the web and it had link for online pruchases to a pdf. They worked for me in the past. :money:

Or use your new o2 number as you get free 0870 and 0845 calls (out of your inclusive minutes!)0

Ive just phoned and been told that the first billing date commences on the 21st of every month.
The roll over period for the free credits and txt messages is on the 19th of every month.
Ive been given 146minutes of call time and 36 txt message units to use until the 19th i presume.
Anyone else had any different?0
