they said it is in the post... call them on tuesday if i have not received the o2 welcome back and redemption vouchers...

I got a different response. I was told again not to worry about not receiving the vouchers as you can download this from the website.

I was also told to send the bill we'd get in June, October and Feb (presumably they relate to May, Sep and Jan)

The roll over period for the free credits and txt messages is on the 19th of every month.

Ive been given 146minutes of call time and 36 txt message units to use until the 19th i presume.

When I ordered they asked if I wanted the free insurance - I said my mobile is already covered on my household insurance and it was cancelled before I got it ;).

Don't bother filling out the online enquiry form or email the address they identify in your order email - you receive an auto response and then a message later (clearly when someone has opened the message bu are not reading the message) saying that "Due to unexpected high volumes of correspondence, we are unable to respond to your email." They then give you instructions to call them - annoying really as they shouldn't tell you by email and online to email then get an unexpected volume! If you don't want the volume, don't give people the email address or remove the link to the online form!

9.7 You agree that you are procuring the SIM Cards, Mobile Phone and Service solely for your own use and that you will not resell or otherwise act as any form of distributor in respect of the SIM Card, the
