Does anyone have any experience of booking with LowCostUSA?

I have booked-though don't go until 31st May this year so can't say the are 100% good.

I did some research before I booked and didn't find any -ves.

They have a 7 day prior £30 per person cancellation fee and the price I got £161 for 3 weekend nights at the Palazzo was brill-so I booked it.

I got a quick response from CS about booking references with the hotel.
They allocate rooms from a "pool" and send out a voucher within 21 days of going.
Once I get the reference I'll contact the hotel, so I can add my Plat number and also to double check I'm in!

I'm sure others will come on to say they are OK
  • LowCostUSA are fine. Used them last year for Cosmopolitan and many others on here have used them too in the past

Evidently it has been that low before. However, when it was last at that level, there was nowhere near as many people depending on it...

  • I'm off to Vegas in a couple of weeks and my friend has managed to bag one of the tower suites in the Mirage as a prize.

Is there any chance we can get freebies through the hotel for the casinos / shows etc? I'm not really sure what to expect but I've heard these exist and seeing as the room we are staying in is $$$ we thought they might offer some out when we check in?

Please correct me if I'm off on this one.
  • Was just having a look to see who might be on in Vegas and saw 'Noel Gallaghers High Flying Birds' Palms, April 20th. Now how can I put my dates back a month!!!!

You aren't completely off, but casinos give things away to entice people to gamble or to keep gambling...not just for the heck of it...you are unlikely to get freebies just for staying in a suite (especially as it was a competition win)...if you do gamble, join the players club and use your card...you may get some freebies that way but will depend on your level of play.

Also, MGM is said to have overcomped last year and have pulled back comps for known players...so not sure how much will be on offer for folks with no history.

IMHO, take the chance to stay in a suite for free as the freebie and don't expect anything more. :)
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?
