Well, if he's going during the marathon time, there an issue as if he's planning on going during the IT Conference.

One year we were stumped as to why the week we wanted was so expensive, answer the IT Conference. Geeks take over Vegas. Could have been worse, we could have tried to book during the !!!!!! Stars/Producers Convention.

    worse??! :D;)

That new buffet in CP is now $45 for dinner with players card. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Its $45 without a card and $1 or $2 less with, but even so it takes it to $50 with tax.

I am a buffet fan and was looking forward to trying it but $100 plus tip for 2 people at any buffet is toooo much

There seem to be issues with service at the new buffet too. Not enough wait staff, drinks not refilled, dirty plates not removed etc, etc. Slow line to get in too, someone I know spent 20 mins in line and there was only 10 people in front of them.

we went a couple of days after it opened and the table service wasn't as hot as it could be, but it wasn't dreadful.

the line was long when we got there, and took about 45mins to get in, though there was an awful elderly american couple kicking up a stink which didn't help. also the cashiers were trying to 'sell' total rewards sign ups (and doing them at the desk), upselling the alcohol upgrade, etc. so that all added to the time.

if you had appropriate level of TR (i'm guessing) there was a fast line, which never had anyone in it really. occasionally they used their common sense and used the TR line to bring through the regular joes.

    Hi everyone,

When purchasing a groupon from the Vegas site do you put UK address and post code or put the Vegas post code in.

    Thanks Nat.

Just had a Kayak fare alert - 31st October to 10th November, £362 with Thomas Cook direct from Glasgow. Bargain. Unfortunately not able to make use of the deal , but maybe it is of use to someone else.

It's not my son that's wanting to move its the mate he is going with.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

Is the Thomas Cook flight just the flight or does that form part of a holiday ?
Gotta look at flights for a couple of friends who are meeting us out there in May, but were flying from heathrow, there up in Edinburgh....
Guess would be better for them to fly from Glasgow...
