VALUE FOR MONEYWhen we stayed at the Wynn last year, we had a room on the 35th floor and we could hear the nightclub music.
A lady who we got talking to in the lift said that she was on the 37th and could hear it, so complained about it.
They told her that wearing earplugs would help drown the noise out. She wasn't a happy bunny.
While we were a little bit miffed by the nightclub noise, we were more offended by all the rather rude college students who hit Vegas one weekend and took over our floor with a rather loud party. It got stopped within an hour of it starting because someone called security and they came up and put an end to it. Apart from that, we loved it at the Wynn. It's been the best hotel we've stayed in up to now.
I have lost count how many times i have been woke up by the college crowd in many different hotels0 -
yeah, we've been disrupted to... for us, the noisyness is usually always on our first night when we're all messed about with jetlag anyways
- makes it all the worse!! *grrr*

I dont think it matters which way you book, just as long as you are an international guest
I got it last year booked through Lowcostusa despite there being no mention of it on my booking0 -

For sale: tour for two at Scoot City tours £80
I've got a groupon voucher for scoot city tours available due to bad weather on my last trip meaning we couldn't use it. The tours generally get rave reviews - see http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Attraction_Review-g45963-d1534917-Reviews-Scoot_City_Tours-Las_Vegas_Nevada.html - and at £80 for 2 the voucher is great value.
Full details here: http://www.groupon.com/deals/scoot-city-tours
Please send me a PM if interested.0 -
CASINOSRe the noise made by frat parties. Why people complain that it keeps them up and ruins their stay I never know. It only takes one phone call and security come up and put a stop to it, period. Had it happen once to us in Signature, the minute the sterio went up I was dialing the desk, 5 minutes later it stopped, never to start again. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

I have rung security at Orleans and Pallazo, wasnt very succesful at Orleans.
My original point though was that it happens everywhere in Vegas not just Wynn0 -

The rowdy student thing is exactly why I avoid Encore and stay at Wynn. Encore Beach club/XS etc attract a certain type of guest.
Despite the noise issue, I love Wynn. The restaurants are fantastic, the rooms are lovely and the service is excellent.0
