I emailed the Cosmopolitan about the free breakfast for international guests, as we are there from 11th sept & travelling from Ireland.
    Got the following reply:

Greeting, this would only apply if you booking that promo thru us.

We're off to the Cosmopolitan at the end of Sept for 5 nights. Noticed that it also includes "free breakfast" via the VH web-site. Printed the results page that shows includes "Resort Fee" and the breakfast offer, just in case...

Snap, totally ruined our stay at The Venetian

Got stuck in Vegas til 8pm on Friday waiting for a delayed flight. Luckily I was in Fremont Street so it was more like the cast of 'The Hills Have Eyes' had come to town, but that morning I had returned the car to Treasure Island and come face to face with the stinky frat crowd that make me avoid the strip at weekends. Seriously, it's like thousands upon thousands have sneaked away to enjoy their first sniff of booze without their parents. Witnessing the continual screaming 'Whooo, Vegas Baby' in the street, whilst they harass people buying cases of water in Walgreens by shouting "where's the beer brah?"... It was all I could do to avoid getting a ticket for disturbing the peace. Much better during the week when those who are there are there to enjoy the city and not just get completely leathered off a cheap drink in a massive luminous test tube.

We've booked 7 nights at the Cosmo through VH for Sep too and noticed the confirmation didn't state anywhere about the free breakfast or no resort fees, despite it being on the results page. Hubby phoned them asking for an email to confirm these and they've said it will arrive within the next 10 days, so we'll see if it does. If not we're going to call them back as the free breakfast swung it for us to book it.

We booked the Cosmo via Quickrooms and there was no mention of free breakfast. However when we checked in the clerk said that breakfast was included so I don't think you need to say anything as it's added automatically.
