9 things with watchers already *claps*

Yaay! I had a load of stuff end today, all now packaged (with recycled packaging from Christmas) and hubby will be sent to Post Offoce in morning. I'm currently watching a bit of furniture that ends later this evening, it's at £26 and I'm desperate for it. I think I'll go up to £50, but no more. Send *Let R-O get the desk* vibes please! Any less than the £50 and I'll pay it off my Next card!

Have been listing this afternoon too - have already made £250 since Christmas, but think I should make another £100 witht he stuff I have listed today.

DH is currently putting together one of DS's old Star Wars lego sets - if all the bits are there its worth about a hundred pounds

Well done everybody for all the ebay sells!

I've just realised I can't find my camera battery :wall: and a new one will cost £20-25 :( Gonna have to search the house before I can put stuff up on ebay now, no idea where it could have gone.

Haven't even got that much to sell, just OH's xbox (and other xbox stuff - controllers, wireless adaptor, games etc.), some old clothes and dvds. I guess everything helps though!

Hmm just went to get the beans I froze the other day out of the freezer and they're frozen solid and I can't separate them. Any tips? Do people freeze in containers or bags? I might need to google this.

    Hi Peeps,
Welcome to all the newbies  this is a great thread for motivating you to get rid of debt.
I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself today as I am on 'clear out' ! for a colonoscopy tomorrow, but I've decided to use my time wisely and list on Fleabay even if I can't photograph today. So hopefully in a weeks time I'll have a few more pennies to throw at my debt. :)

ugh bless you thats not fun :( I had a endoscopy and a colonoscopy last year and the worst part was the evil so and so's booked it for monday morning so I had to cook a full roast dinner for the family on the sunday and sit and listen to them going mmm mmmm mmmm in the kitchen while I got to drink the clear through drink :o

  • Well done everyone!

I have parcelled up the 13 items I sold this week and just listed another 10 things. I have run out of patience now though.....still got lots of things I could put on. ;)

On another positive note, I went in to town today with a list of some things I needed and I ONLY bought things on the list! In tesco I ONLY bought apples, pears, yoghurts, cereal bars and Quorn chicken pieces (on offer) so all slimming world compliant and my week's shopping cost me £14, so lots of my budget has gone back in the pot, which means I won't have to take out as much money next week. :D

You have to flat freeze, in single layers. Once they are frozen you can stick them into bags, but if you freeze in a big lump, they stay in a big lump. Ditto for raspberries, as I learnt to my peril this Summer -cue big welded lump of raspberry mush.
