Well not much debt busting today but did a bit of overtime so should see this in my next pay and I made £11 on a couple items I sold today on ebay, once the money is in my account I will put this towards my debt. I really should get off of here and upload a few more things!!! I also paid £6.28 to my debt - not a lot but every penny is a prisoner these days.
I also filled my car up with Tesco petrol using my new Tesco credit card which I recently got and as soon as I came home I paid the amount to the card that way it won't increase my debt but will get me double points on my clubcard.
Can anyone tell me when you see the clubcard points you have earned on your credit card as I can't see it anywhere on the online clubcard or credit card statement.
I also have to give myself a pat on the back as I had ordered online a whole load of clothes but when they arrived yesterday I thought I don't even need half of them so I am going to return them to the store tomorrow - before this thread I would have just kept them but my way of thinking about money has changed over the last week.
So to date my running total is:
#259 £691.95/£12,477.37

Hi All,
Quick update from my day.....
I've worked about 10 hours overtime this weekend, so that will be a nice addition to next weeks pay, also applied for a second job as well as listing around 40 DVD's on Music Magpie, as well as selling three Wii games I havent been playing...I would sell the console but figure its a good thing to make me stay in and use rather than be tempted to go out and spend.
Also roped my Dad into seeing if there are any jobs for him and my mum or for my aunty that I could do for a little cash towards my debts....
Change tin of Coppers, 5p's & 10p's stands at a toital of £25.00, where is the best place to change it?? as the coinstar machines are easier but charge and banks seem unwilling to accept it, does anyone know of anywhere better?
Here's to at least three non spending days as I have porridge sachets lined up for lunch at work, and they have plenty of free milk!!

Simon - I change mine up with notes from my purse, then spend the change on the self-service. It gives me great joy to think so poor blighter is going to get a fist full of 1p coins in exchange for a £1 coin wohahahDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

I change my change in the post office- as long as its in money bags they are quite happy - but then I do a lot of ebaying and my work banking at least 3 times a week so have a couple of tame post office ladiesHave nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.

My sister goes to T3sco late in the evening and uses all her change in the Self Service tills. She loves spending quite a bit of money and trying to fill the machine full of coppers!!! :rotfl:New Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

Well peeps, it's the big weigh in tomorrow! I did really well during the week but was not so good this weekend. No takeaways or anything but I've been going over my calorie limit according myfitnesspal. With being ill though I've not managed to do any exercise this week so I'm not going to beat myself up. In fact, I'm off to get a l3msip and then off to bed for me...
Welcome to all our new members, well done to our lovely debt busters (and good luck for the colonoscopy, I've had one and after fasting for 44hrs, I ate a full bucket of KFC afterwards!!!).
I'll do all my updating tomorrow evening guys. In fact I am planning on having set days to update from now on so I can join in the fun more on here if that's ok. Tried to be smart and import a spreadsheet instead of manually updating but the board guide finally confirmed that all formatting is deleted when pasting into MSE so it just came out as text strings... Thank you to all who have offered to help with the updating, I've really appreciated all your support but in looking at the options I think it will be better to stick to set days such as Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday since I will be reading all the posts anyway and cannot paste directly from a spreadsheet. Thank you!!! xxxNew Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

Simon - if you bank with Natwest or HSBC some of the bigger branches have coin machines where you can put your coins straight into your account - like a coinstar but with no charge. Its what I use.Pay off all my debts before Christmas 2015 #165.0
