Jemma I think you could probably do a weekly update on a Sunday or something and noone would mind
Is there a way to use a spreadsheet so you could update as you read then weekly update from that? You do a tremendous job for us
*massive hugs* and I've found it such an incentive. I would have bought lunch at least twice and a takeaway this weekend if it weren't for this thread.
What about 2 threads? One where we solely put our totals on and another for chat. We could post our totals on chat too, so we can talk about how we are doing, but if we hae a duplicate thread where only actual totals and weight loss go on, then Jemma wouldn't have to read through pages and pages sifting out totals.Long haul supporter #290POAYDBX2014 #043LBM Dec 2011 Debt £51K Debt Nov 2014 £42K0 -

Good morning
Hope we all had a good weekend.
No more debt payments made as yet, but happy to report a 3lb loss on the scales this morning! I'm sure it's down to the eating only out of freezer and cupboards challenge - I managed to spend a measly £2.74 extra on food last week - shows how much I needed to clean out those cupboards. I'm still going strong and think I'm unlikely to need to spend more than a fiver on fresh stuff this week.
So, #157 - 3/16lbs lost!!
Have a good day everyone x

Thanks for adding me to this post Jemma! :j
It is very motivating, can't wait to get started.
Havent paid anything off the debt yet, but am proud of myself because just changed my mobile contract from £45 per month down to £26 and have completed some expenses which I havebeen meaning to do for ages which total £264!!!!!
So hopefully these will come straight off the debt, although I won't receive them for a couple of weeks....
Onwards and upwards I also have a TV Licence refund to send in for something like £60 so need to get on that!
Anyway, well done to everyone else who is involved and thank you to you all for inspiring me! :T0 -

No totals to update but not a brilliant weekend - running out of cash in our shopping budget as had to take pocket money for the month from that due to poor budgeting last month (better have the pocket money so more control and can try and work around the groceries
)
Anyway, kerry: I don't know if anyone responded (I didn't see anything) but when I used Riverford years ago (when I used to have to leave a cheque to pay :rotfl:) I would often forget for 2/3/4 weeks at a time and it didn't seem to bother them. I think they're either just very trusting or rubbish with their accounts
Also, I often freeze things separated out on trays (esp. fruits, etc. though not tried beans). Once they are frozen, you can pop them all together in a bag/container and they won't stick (a bit like frozen peas)

Morning to all you lovely people
Jemma you are doing a marvellous job. Its your thread so its up to you how you want to play it
Well done to all the weight loss folks, you are all doing really well.
On a plus note from me after 7 hours yesterday DH managed to put together all this Star Wars lego, with only one teeny piece missing. So I am going to list it this evening. Also put DS's old scooter on last thing and I woke up this morning to 7 watchers.
Everyone is back at school today and the house feels so quiet and empty. I dont like it
I am so frustrated that Virgin take so long processing their card payments. I want to see it off my debt when I pay it - not three days laterPay off all my debts before Christmas 2015 #165.0
