I still jealous psychopathbabble as I just keep yoyo-ing up and down each week despite doing loads of exercise and I'm still the same weight as when I started at the beginning of the year! I've even measured myself as muscle weighs more than fat but I'm the same!!! grrrrrrrrrrrr...
Looks like I need to step it up a gear, hmmmmmmm if I walked to work and back then that is 10 miles each way which at 4 mph would take 5 hrs a day! Crikey! Think I'll give that a miss.
hmmmmmmmm what else...? I've already given up chocolate for March... maybe give up take aways too like Kerri?New Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T
